Service is the worst part. Been there twice with a year between each visit. First time it wasn't busy but took an hour to make 4 sandwiches. Second time I was smart and ordered ahead. Sandwiches were made quickly but they didn't acknowledge me while I was waiting at the pick up area and the guy/kid put my order on the counter and made me sit there for no reason. Granted he had more sandwiches to make and he does take at least 60 seconds to paint mayo on the bread as well as the amount of time it took him to weigh the lettuce before being added to the sandwich.

We really wanted to like this store and visited often when they first opened the Santa Clara location. We’ve tried the sandwiches and salads. We like the turkey sandwiches but the salads are way overpriced for what you get. We liked the chopped salad w the vinegary dressing but the last time was the last time. The lettuce was sparse and so were the meats even though we ordered extra. One came with tomatoes and one didn’t. One was missing the dressing. Just not as good as it used to be.

Amazing service. Friendly staff and a delicious cheesesteak. The kind lady gave us candy. Clean tables and reasonably priced.

Excellent service today. The ladies took such great care of my wife and truly catered to her needs. They went above and beyond for customer service and made our visit so amazing. The food was also excellent, and you could tell they really wanted us to feel comfortable. This was the best Sandwhich shop experience ever. We will definitely be back again.I had the philly steak sandwich that had so many flavors and was very enjoyable. My wife had a bowl essentially because she did not eat much bread. There are so many options and choices even if American Wagyu is available.

Went to this Capriottis on 12/31. Ordered a classic cheese steak 10" with sweet and hot peppers and an 8" vegetarian turkey with sweet peppers and no mayo. Waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches to be made. The cheese steak was burnt. The turkey sub had mayo scraped off the bread and no sweet peppers. My wife found a big plastic bag tie mixed into her sandwich. I took the sandwich up to the counter and showed the employee. The employee did apologize initially but didn't offer a refund or to make her a new sandwich. After a few minutes the employee offered us a complimentary bag of chips. I laughed and said it would nice if you refunded our purchase. The employee took my name and phone number because no manager was on duty and evidently needed manager approval for a refund. I never received a phone call from anyone. I paid cash for the order and do not live in Utah. I recommend Cafe Rio which is right next door.

I usually go to the Red cliffs location but I thought Id try a Bobbie all I got was cranberry sauce and turkey.... Like what the place was empty and my order was made wrong. I'll just stick to Red cliffs from now on. Also it says mayo as one of the ingredients but it's actually miracle whip idk how you confuse the two or think that's they're the same thing but just a heads up

Cold sandwich that should have been served warm. Took 20 minutes to make the three sandwiches that cost too much.

10/10 STARS!! ?The BEST lunch we’ve had in our 2 weeks of being in St. George! The manager - OUTSTANDING! She is the most heartfelt and genuine human. We’ve made a friend and can’t wait to come back to see her again. ☺️Thank you for taking care of us while we were here and giving us the absolute most amazing service and lunch experience. You made these Canadians feel at home. The food beyond exceptional. Buns were soft and fresh and the coleslaw and clam chowder were the best we’ve had.Anyone that hasn’t been here…. You need to add this to your must do list!We will see you again next year when we return for the World Senior Huntsman Games!!

We LOVE coming here for our sandwich fix! It's Canadian Thanksgiving weekend, and I've been homesick... and The Bobbie totally hits the spot!! They even provide little hard candies while customers wait for their orders! (Our food was ready before we could finish ours! Super fast service!!)

I got a Cole Turkey sandwich to go for lunch & choked on an actual bone. Threw the entire meal in the trash & lost my appetite all day.

the last two times we have been the help act like we are a huge inconvenience for wanting to order a sandwich! Not sure what is going on with this location but apparently there is no supervision or manager that cares about the customers.
