The best chicken katsu I have EVER had. The food here is on par with the best plate lunches I ever had when I lived in Hawai’i. The service was great too, the staff are so friendly and kind.

I never write reviews, but I have had too many issues here that it deems necessary. This location has major problems fulfilling correct orders, mostly through the drive through. At times when the location is not even busy, staff members can not get orders correct through the drive through no matter who is staffing it. I don't know if it's a computer, management, or staffing problem but it has happened enough times that it needs to be called out. Specifically today I had the staff member ask me 2 times after I ordered what chicken I got, and I still received the wrong chicken by the time I got home. If they ask you to
pull to the front even when it isn't busy, be
prepared to check your order as 4/5 times it has been wrong in my experience. The food is good and the staff are nice, but that doesn't justify the consistent failures to get orders correct. This review may seem stingy or entitled, but I expect to pay for what I ask for. I don't need free stuff or coupons, just fix the damn problems at this location.

We got the Ohana meal. It was ready when it was supposed to be, pick up was a breeze. The lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful. When we got home everything was right with the order and the portions were big and plentiful. Would definitely order this again.

A new staff member was being trained. She appeared to be willing to learn, was polite and served us well. She was being monitored by a manager or trainer staff member. The restaurant was vacant of other patrons when we entered. Easy to order. Staff were all very friendly, especially the manager or trainer. She noticed an error by the trainee, so the manager or trainer compensated us with fountain drinks while the trainee corrected our orders. All good.

I spent my normal Friday night getting dinner here again. I was welcomed in like normal by Chase who isn’t just serving food, he’s serving aloha! From the moment you walk in, his energy is warm, welcoming, and full of care. He remembers regulars like me, makes sure every order is spot-on, and somehow makes the whole experience feel like a mini celebration. The food is incredible, but Chase’s service is what keeps me coming back. Mo Bettah’s is lucky to have him!

Staff are friendly and cheerful. Food is consistent and if they’re running behind due to being busy, they always make sure you have a beverage. Great location!
