Such a cute, quaint little restaurant right off of Santa Clara Drive. This restaurant is really small which gives it a very intimate feeling, and they also have a little outdoor patio if the weather is nice. Their menu changes seasonally and everything I have tried is wonderful. A very unique dining experience in Southern Utah!

We come to Rylus each time we are in town. The food has been spectacular each time! So many delicious combinations of flavors, friendly staff, very small intimate setting with a small menu (which is better in my opinion because they do everything well!) chef cooked the steak perfectly. I’d love a tasting menu so we can try it all!

Came here with a group for work. Hands down the best dinner I have had perhaps ever. Flavors were unique, full and delicious. Everything from the appetizers to the salads, entrees and then dessert were amazing. It was a parade of flavors and delightful surprises. Can’t wait to come again and bring the family.

This place won’t disappoint!! Went for our second time and the food wasn’t the same but yet just as if not better than the first time! There menus change about 3-4 times a year depending on seasons and it’s truly an amazing creation the chefs spin together. All sourced around the town and local areas depending on what’s fresh.
Small and personal inside which makes a good date night spot!! Do yourself a favor and forget the normal out there!!! This place breaks that normal and more!!

Rylu’s Bistro is hands-down the best food in Southern Utah! This was only my second visit (I hadn’t been since it opened), and it was absolutely worth the wait. We ended up ordering almost the entire menu, and every single dish was phenomenal. The freshness of the ingredients was remarkable—you can tell they source and prepare everything with incredible care.
The Chef’s passion and expertise shine through in every bite. You don’t just eat at Rylu’s; you experience the art of food. Our server made it even more special by personalizing the entire evening. She could tell we were there to indulge in great food and made us feel so valued and welcome—it was like dining with an old friend who happens to be a pro!
We can’t stop raving about it! How often does the menu change? We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to see what new creations might be in store. Rylu’s Bistro has set the standard for dining in this area, and we’ll be back as often as we can.
