We have been going to this DQ off and on for years. Get good food and service every time. Get good deals as well.

Do you know the place was extremely busy The young man behind the counter was working as fast as he could, pretty awkward but he was trying his best. What's going to give an extremely bad rating but I do understand that they were probably short-staffed. He went out of his way to help so even though that I was unpleased with the service that I got or having to wait so long I still gave him a tip because he was definitely trying.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE IN EVERY ASPECT!!! i rarely go here and everytime i do big regret!!! these high schoolers need a little more training !! i got the wrong order like usual! and there was probably 4 fries.

We only go here once a year, and that falls on “free cone day” and every year, they forget our order and we always end up waiting 45 minutes for our food. Their food ice cream is fine, but nothing more than fine and nothing to rave about. There are so many other burger/ice cream places in the area that I would choose over DQ. Just sayin!

This is the worst DQ we’ve been to, we order sauce and tossed tenders and most of the time they skimp out on the sauce part, which is extra, and the ranch was like water down like soup. The fry’s were cold. Other times we’ve come the toast wasn’t actually toasted.

Dine in service leaves alot to be desired. Went in and waited about 10 minutes and was ignored and no one would take my order. Finally just left. I guess they didn't want my business. My family went for lunch to the same location and they said it took a long time before they took their order on the same day.

I think this location should be under review from the cities licensing office. The bathrooms are consistently closed. Which I’m sure is illegal in Utah.

My fiance and I went here tonight to get ice creams that we had been craving all day. First, We got handed the wrong size of what we asked for. We asked for 2 mediums but some how ended up with a medium and a small. we decide to wave it off and come home and while we’re taking some bites of it I chew on something hard, I pull it out of my mouth and it’s plastic! Instantly threw away my blizzard as well as my fiance, because why would we continue eating something with the risk of more plastic being in them. We decided to call them and all they said is “there is no way there was plastic in your blizzard.” But there was. They didn’t try to make it right and had harsh negative attitudes.

My fiancé had bits of clear plastic in her choco brownie extreme and ate some of it. When I called to tell them they said there’s no way of plastic to get in and the Night supervisor hung up the phone. This is not professional at all i don’t know who hires such careless leads. I’ve worked here when I was 17 and would never be so careless to someone reporting eating plastic from this restaurant. They didn’t even had the courtesy to make it right
