Always amazing I have never had something that wasn't delicious and swiftly made. The staff is always attentive and helpful, but they are a little bit smaller shop and don't offer everything the big shops do but what they have is amazing. 10 stars would recommend to anyone that likes bagels or bagel sandwiches!!

I don't plan on returning to this location again. Placed an order through DoorDash this morning and went to pick it up. We were then berated by an extremely unpleasant old woman for not coming into the building to pick it up. If I had seen anywhere that was required I would have come in, however she was extremely rude and condescending. To top it off, my order wasn't even correct after that, I didn't receive the bagel I paid extra for and they forgot my twice baked hash brown. Not usually one to post negative reviews but felt our experience warranted it.

The lady at the window must have been hired for her lack of personality and customer service skills. Because she had neither. My Bengal was good as expected. But 1 star for hiring someone so rude. Came through Sunday Nov 9th at 8:30 am. And they got a simple order wrong. Ordered one ham and cheese and one plain begal. The only way that could be screwed up is. Cuz the lady at the window didn’t pay any attention and was so rude
I read through the reviews there is multiple complaints about your workers. Clearly the problem isn’t getting fixed
And the best part is I applied for the manager position and wouldn’t have allowed that kind of working in my store.

My family and I absolutely love chocolate chip bagels. We order a baker’s dozen to last us the week. We very rarely get what we order (13 chocolate chip bagels) because this is “an express location” and they don’t have that many ready. My husband once waited for fresh bagels and it took only 10 minutes to have the fresh bagels ready. In the time it takes to write the rude note I got in my bagel box today (with only half of the box being chocolate chip), those bagels could’ve been made and packaged without anyone having to wait. Stop offering what you can’t sell. If I could get chocolate chip bagels literally anywhere else, I would. Besides that, this location is full of some of the rudest people working there. I consistently get given an attitude when I go there to order. Santaquin needs to do better.

I was so excited to get a bagel at Einstein after putting gas at Sinclair. I said hi and smiled and gave my order. I just want to say that the girl took my order is okay. I just feel she doesn’t like to work there. No personality, have attitude and no personality at all.

This is the most frustrating location I’ve ever been to. I came on a Monday for the $9 bakers dozen deal. After asking if they had Bakers dozen available (which they did) I then asked if I could get some on the Monday deal. They said they don’t offer coupons or deals at this location because it is an express location… makes no sense they had bakers dozens available and he said they had every kind of bagel available. So I just ordered 2 bagels. Which totaled to almost $5🤕 ouch… I could have paid $5 more dollars at any other location and gotten 13 bagels today. What the heck?! I also asked for fresh bagels. They gave me one. The other was old and cold. They also don’t allow you to even get points for rewards at this location. Why even have this location? It sucks cause I live here in town and the nearest location is Provo. Santaquin… do better👎🏻👎🏻
