Have been at this location for almost 30 min at this point. No one answered at the drive through. Pulled up to the window to order, still no one. In that time multiple other customers went inside and were helped. So I pull over to park, to go Inside and order, someone pulls up to the window and is immediately helped. Once inside, staff admits they know the speaker for the drive through is broken, but it's too expensive to fix. You have to just pull up to the window yourself. I guess putting up a piece of paper is too much to ask.

Drive through is broken. Don’t waste your time waiting with no answer, just go inside. When I asked about it they told me it’s 60k to fix. Because of that, I’m gonna guess it will be a while before anything changes.
That said, the employees here are very kind despite our whole ordeal to get two sandwiches taking 25 mins.

A smaller version of the usual Einstein Bros but with a drive through service. The staff is friendly and jovial. There's plenty of seating inside and on the outside patio. The parking lot is adequate.

Horrible Drive Thru design l, plus extremely narrow and too small for any vehicle larger than a tiny small car. The speaker sound on drive thru ordering menu is muffled and literally has horrible speaker sound the last 4 months. I don’t suggest using it.However, the bagels & the employees are both outstanding!
Parking: Do not use the drive thru window; speaker is so old you can’t hear anything and the area is so narrow only a tiny small car can adequately drive in the space without tires going over cement curbing damaging your vehicle tire walls.
They wouldn't accept gift cards at this location. Otherwise, no complaints.

Pros: Good sandwiches, convenient location, good service Cons: Lacking on quality made sandwich, quantity/value of ingredients, intercom broken so it takes a long time to get through to the window and then wait for your food, employees need some training on making a quality sandwich at these high prices

Quick service. However, I ordered a pizza bagel and the bagel was completely undercooked. It was chewy and mushy, I couldn’t even have more than a few bites. I would have waited longer if my bagel was actually cooked. Disappointing and gross.
