I just had the best burrito of my life at Rowley's Red Barn fall festivities of all places. I am walking around with my family, I am getting hungry, there is El Pancho Mexican Food truck (I don't normally eat from food trucks) I walk up and ask for a burrito. When she asked what meat I just said whatever is the best and she mixed Asada and Carnitas. 5 min later after being freshly prepared I put some of their red sauce on (tried the green as well, both good) and took a bite of the most amazing mix of delicious flavors of my life. Very Highly recommend!

I was born in Mexico, I can tell you 100% this is by far the closest thing you will get to Mexican food, forget about nearby restaurants that claim to have Mexican roots, this is the real deal. If you have a request they will go above and beyond to serve you with the highest level of quality and satisfaction to the customer. Hands down the best Mexican tacos I’ve ever tried

Really good food, the meat is cooked fresh not sitting in a warmer and the prices are pretty fair for a taco truck. There is covered seating and there is no generator sound that deafen you like other trucks.
