Really good food, the meat is cooked fresh not sitting in a warmer and the prices are pretty fair for a taco truck. There is covered seating and there is no generator sound that deafen you like other trucks.

You can’t go wrong with El Pancho. Everything I’ve tried has been great, but I absolutely love their carne asada tacos and burritos. Their carne asada meat is amazing. I usually grab food to go, but occasionally we’ll eat at their covered outdoor seating. El Pancho is our go-to Mexican place in the Santaquin/Payson area.

I drive to and through Utah every other week for work and this is the best Mexican food I’ve had here so far. Wow! Wish I would’ve taken picture because it looked great as well. Everything was cooked perfectly and had tons of flavor! I’ll be back!
