I wasn’t happy at first I ordered $80 worth of food and there was things missing out of it so we called and talked to the manager Scott he made it right and gave us a full refund we do appreciate that!

We have ordered shakes from the drive through on multiple occasions. This location is staffed by some of the slowest kids I’ve seen in a while… a lot of standing around and while they could be getting customers orders done they start doing tasks that should/could be done between seeing to customers. Like walking small boxes out to the dumpster one at a time… it took nearly 20 minutes to get to mini shakes and a small fry. And that was both times we went. The shakes were good. But the service level just isn’t. Come here if you aren’t needing to get down the road to other appointments. I felt bad for the people behind us in line

Horrible experience here. Spent over $50 for absurdly low quality food. All of the chicken was too burnt to eat and the patty on the burgers were tiny. Called in and asked for the manager and the person in charge told the kid on the phone to hang up on me. Would’ve liked a full refund but I’m done with this place.

We didn't love the food we ordered. But it's worth it coming here just for the shakes. They are kind of pricey, but they are really big so we usually share. The flavors we have tried so far are cookies and cream, Nutella, cheesecake, Reese's.

Given this place several chances. Literally asked for the Iceburg Burger w/out cheese, they gave me a Pattie and a soggy bun… Another time I asked for them to add pickles they added a SINGLE pickle 😅 Doesn’t matter if it’s busy or dead, they have NEVER gotten any of our orders correctly, and are super stingy. Especially when you are paying above the norm for a burger… I really really really want to love this place, but they make it practically impossible. The one and only time they did get the order correct, it was delicious, just wish they could get some quality control.

We’ve had much better luck at the Spanish Fork location, so maybe it’s the staff.

This was our worst order by far. We ordered grilled ham and cheese sandwiches for the whole family and the bread wasn't toasted on the outside and there was a half piece of cheese and 1 thin slice of ham. The crust was rock solid as well. Definitely not worth $6 a piece. Highly disappointed 😔 I'll stick to making these at home.

Had to change to 2 stars.

You have to pay for extra fry sauce!!!!. Every burger joint you have full access to fry sauce but Iceberg seems to think they are losing money give an extra sauce.

Honestly makes me think what else are they cutting back to make a penny.

I'm sure it's delicious, but unfortunately we sat in line for 15 minutes before a single car moved forward (and we were seventh in line). We were not the only ones to give up and decide to go somewhere else. Please hire more cooks, or cashiers, or whatever the hold up is.

We waited 30 minutes in line for a single kids shake. It was $8 for a kids shake, not worth the time and the money. There was no update or explain while we waited. Probably poor management, we won’t be coming back anytime soon
