Stay away from this Place. Worst customer Service. Employees treating you bad Calling you all sorts of names and Threatening you. Especially some guy called Kolton. Trying to hit my wife. Stay away. Food is not good anyway. Wannabe Manager . Can stuff his Burger wherever. Terrible Place

Food was good took a long time to get it. Didn't offer sauces and was was handed the bag in a funny way which made me grab the footlong hotdog and squish it. I am happy I gave them a second chance.

I went inside to pick up my mobile orders, I told them my names, they took them out of their little freezer and literally slammed them on the counter. The shakes were good but the service was terrible!

The food itself was okay, but the service really took away from the experience.

The teenager working the front was yelling back and forth to the kitchen and bossing other employees around, which made the whole place feel tense and uncomfortable. When I walked up to order, he was looking off to the side and didn’t seem aware that I was even standing there.

After we ordered, our food was set on the stand and sat there while he continued making shakes. He looked at the food, then walked to the back to do something else instead of handing it out. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism made the visit frustrating

The food here is great...if you ever get it.

We come here pretty consistently, and the service is consistently poor. We often get the wrong items and have to wait for 10-15 minutes in the drive through, even if the drive through and lobby are empty when we drive up.

The bathrooms are also consistently nasty and the prices have increased dramatically.

I wasn’t happy at first I ordered $80 worth of food and there was things missing out of it so we called and talked to the manager Scott he made it right and gave us a full refund we do appreciate that!

We have ordered shakes from the drive through on multiple occasions. This location is staffed by some of the slowest kids I’ve seen in a while… a lot of standing around and while they could be getting customers orders done they start doing tasks that should/could be done between seeing to customers. Like walking small boxes out to the dumpster one at a time… it took nearly 20 minutes to get to mini shakes and a small fry. And that was both times we went. The shakes were good. But the service level just isn’t. Come here if you aren’t needing to get down the road to other appointments. I felt bad for the people behind us in line

Everytime I get a strawberry malt it's runny. The chocolate malts are fine.
