It was obvious the person taking orders was in a bad mood. I don't think sighing and being rude is a good way to communicate with customers.

The experience on the food wasn’t the best where the chicken was too hard to eat, the burger was okay. The staff was wonderful in allowing me to get a burger due to issues with the chicken without any issues, they were very kind and wonderful to work with. The ice cream was the best, we would go back for ice cream and shakes.

Once again, the staff was wonderful.

Tried to get food worth 34. Handed them 100 and it was 2pm. Had to cancel our order due to not having the change.

If you like onion rings you gotta try them from Iceberg. They're huge! Excellent fries, burgers, and shakes.

The drive thru at this location is extremely slow. We placed our order with 2 card in front of us. It took about 5 minutes for us to get to the window. Then we sat waiting for another 10 minutes at the window. When we were given the food the employee was rushing us along and had a look and tone that indicated WE were bothering THEM. We then drove home and found that our food was very over cooked and burnt in several places.

I understand that the food is made to order and so there can be delays, but it doesn't take 10+ minutes to cook a chicken basket and fries. I know this because if I order the same thing from the same location through Door Dash it gets delivered to my door in about 10 minutes. Yes, I actually tried this.

My shake was VERY disappointing. Got the new york cheesecake. Freezer burned flavor to the vanilla, butter residue coating my mouth.
Cheesecake pieces tasted old/stale. Paid $8, not worth even a few dollars.
Would have turned back and returned it but felt it would have been too much trouble.

Slowest drive thru ever.
I haven’t been in a while because of this reason, but decided to give it another shot when they advertised a free mini shake with your first in-app purchase.
I tried the “sampler” (fries, sweet potato fries, mozzarella sticks, fried zucchini, tots). Everything was burnt on the outside, and cold in the middle. Except the fries — which were missing.
The shake was good.

Ordered milkshakes through the drive-through by the time we got them they were already melting. We asked for lids to be put on them. The lids weren’t even on all the way when she handed out the milkshakes they dripped all over me .lids wouldn’t even fit on the cups. asked for napkins and she handed me to when all four of my milkshakes were melting all over .

My husband and I went in for a date, around 3:30 in the afternoon. We had a byu starving student card where we received a free hamburger with the purchase of one. They made it super easy to redeem and then there was enough food that we split the fries and drink from the one combo plus a shake and it was enough to fill both of us. (We’re in our 30’s and I’m breast feeding so I can tuck in, I know it sounds like we’re 80 and eating dinner at 4) service was speedy, the fries were battered and delicious, burgers were super yummy! Thank you!

They have good shakes, the employees seem to get my food wrong every time, but they do fix it. Just make sure to check your bags before you leave if you're getting takeout.
