Personal favorite, i’m from southern utah and recently moved to santaquin. I’ve tried quesabirrias at a few other local Mexican restaurants and nothing competes with La Conchitas!!! Owners are friendly and passionate about their restaurant - Support small businesses!!!!!

Good portion sizes. The meat is seasoned well, but the beans and guacamole are really bland.

Don’t usually do reviews, but I wanted to for this business because of the generosity of the owner. My car broke down and I had to call a tow truck and asked if I could wait in their restaurant and they said it was totally fine. It took about two hours for the tow truck to come and the owners offered me free food on the house. I told them I would pay for it but they insisted on giving it to me for free. They even offered me a ride. Very grateful for people like this, they deserve all the support they get and much much more. Thank you again, I will be coming back to thank them!!!

Truly authentic food from Mexico City.
Our family had torta, gorditas, and quesadilla and we tried both the horchata and the jamaica. All of it was excellent.
The salsa options were also great, and the server gave top service and answered all of our questions.
Update: I posted my review before we had dessert. The flan was on par with the food - perfectly done and delicious.
This will be one of our regular stops along the highway now.

Worst Mexican food in town

The food here is excellent. The place feels a bit small and the service could be a bit more friendly, but the food is really good! Definitely a place to check out if you are in town.

Great food and perfect tostados, definitely worth a stop
La Conchita is some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. The gorditas with steak and nopal were incredible. The al pastor gorditas were phenomenal, and so were the quesabirrias. Just amazing. Everything tasted fresh and authentic.
You can tell this is real Mexican food. A lot of places in Utah claim to be authentic, but La Conchita actually delivers. This is that true, traditional style that’s hard to find around here.
I would’ve posted more pictures of the food, but honestly, it looked and smelled so good I didn’t even think to pull out my phone before diving in.
The people working there were super friendly, and the service was great. I’m already planning to go back to try their sopes, enchiladas verdes and rojas, huaraches, honestly, the whole menu looks legit.
If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food in Utah, this is the place. I highly recommend it.

Great food. We tried the big quesabirria (7/10), a Gordita (7/10), asada and lengua street tacos (7/10), and the quesadilla with chicken (9.5/10). Great quesadilla. We crave it now. Pretty affordable a solid Mexican food. Good service, they speak English, small space with tables but the atmosphere is good. We really liked this place over most others in the county. Especially that quesadilla.
The menu on the TV goes by really fast and is hard to read but they had one printed paper menu they handed us after a while
