Placed online order, I was told my order was ready but because I had 3 pizzas they couldn’t put it in the takeout oven, by the time I got there my Hawaiian pizza was given to someone else so I had to wait another 40 minutes, what a joke because the lady in the lobby took my Hawaiian. I placed the order at 6:13pm and I got my pizzas at 7:45pm. There is no organization with the online ordering and the experience is past frustrating!!!

Have always been a fan of Little Caesars ever since my childhood, and will always be!
We ordered a Slice-N-Stix around 7-ish for dinner, and when we got it, it looked like it had been hitting in your hotbox all day. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, thinking it'll taste better than it looks, but I was wrong. When we got home it was cold and when we ate it, it tasted like cardboard. It was chewy, and it barely had any cheese or sauce on it, and honestly, I was really disappointed. My husband and I don't get to go out to eat much, and the time that we do it's the worst pizza I've had in a while. And I live 5 mins away, btw. My pizza shouldn't have EVER been as bad as that. I know how a pizza place works and that pizza should have been remade and replaced HOURS ago. Stop selling your customers' garbage.
This is usually the best little Ceasars however today I ate one of the Twix Cookie dough brownie and it had crunchy things in it I spit it out and it was pieces of glass I think I'm ok but I did swallow some

The food took forever and they put too much sauce on the pizzas I got a thin crust and an extra most bestest and the cheese Slid off an 1/8th of the piZza they did give me a free crazy bread because of the pizzas took so long

Great atmosphere and service!!! A nice young man by the name of Ryker was so kind and I appreciated his patience! Even gave me little kiddos some cookies very welcoming management must be great
Ordered on the phone and the food was hot and ready just over the timeline given. The food was good, the breadsticks amazing. The people working were nice enough once they finally noticed us and came to ask what we needed. The dress code for workers was lacking, as one worker was wearing pjs.
