Placed two orders for boneless wings. I then got a call saying they didn’t have enough boneless wings to fill both orders. I then switched one order to bone-in. 5 minutes later got a call saying they had sold all the wings and could not fulfill any of my order. This has happened multiple times at this location.

The pizza is okay, but the service is atrocious at this location. Wouldn’t honor a coupon that was still valid because she said “we changed it, so it’s not good anymore” even though the coupon hadn’t expired and was specifically for that location. She called the manager over the phone, who authorized a manual override. Then she couldn’t figure out how to input a Marcos gift card and demanded the payment another way because she couldn’t figure it out. I asked to speak to the manager, but this time she said that she WAS the manager. She refused to call the manager on the phone again. She had a snippy attitude and no interest in customer service. Very off putting. Bottom line: find another location until they can hire and train competent, nonabrasive staff.

My daughter went to the drive through to pick up our online order. Nobody was in line. She waited 10 min and finally a man came to the window. He was very rude. Our pizza was cold and overcooked, the cinnamon sticks were overcooked slightly burnt and didn't have any cinnamon and sugar on them.

Nice and quiet stop! Fast and painless! Got fuel at the Maverick next door as I was fueling up I ordered the pie. Extra cheese and sauce always lol great hot delicious and quick! Back on the road in no time! Thanks Marcos!

Have had many issues with everything from delivery being dropped and topping slid off pizza to ordering and paying online only to have it not show up! When we contacted management it was like we did something wrong or were lieing until he did some research! Then it's like we are sorry what can we do! Well I'm done with Marcos and honestly went to little Caesars last night and it was amazing in comparison!
