This store is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The front staff are never there so you have to wait forever to have someone talk with you to take your order. Even when you order online, they take forever to make your food.

Absolutely horrible everytime we come here! Either the food is cold or it takes about 20 mins and the food is still cold. This will be the last time we come to this location for sure. The managers are terrible and allow the employees to be on the phone constantly. Not mention they are always rude and make it seem like your the probelm.The area rep sits in the store on a regular basis and it still sucks. Do something about this asap! People shouldn't get crappy food when they are paying to much already!

Very rude employees slow ordered via the app got there was told I had to change my order due to them not having mcgriddle buns changed my order to accomadate waited 15 minutes after being told to go to the next window then they told me there was an issue with the app for my order because they didn't have mcgriddle buns so I couldn't get any of my order and they wouldn't serve breakfast any longer, and that I could either change my order again and wait or I could leave. This place is a joke not our first bad experience but was hoping it would come around stay away from this place. Update: used the link like was asked if me to still have no response.

They got a simple order of a plain burger and a drink both incorrect. I ordered via the app and they would not give me what I ordered. They gave me a very hard time and I ended up walking away and losing out on my order. Manager was very petty and unkind. Simple customer service isn’t that hard. Also the manager refused to speak English to me and claimed she only spoke Spanish.

It’s really frustrating when we get told to pull forward and the car that hasn’t been waiting 10 min for their food gets their food before us. Then because it’s his friend, he stands outside chatting for another 10 min while we watch, and then goes inside to get us our now cold food and brings it out to us.

Went through the drive-through to get my food on the way home got all the way home and my kids happy meals did not have their food in it. We did call the manager and they made it right but had to drive 30 minutes To and from so there’s an hour wasted of my time. The following morning my whole family woke up with food poisoning, vomiting, weakness, headache
There website and Google state the dining room is open 24hrs when they were not, they were closed before 10pm.

People are allergic to some stuff. We ask for our burgers plain for a reason. Its really disappointing when I go to get a burger thats plain. Such a simple thing. And I camt eat most of my food that I ordered becuase sauce and other stuff that I cant eat is on the burgers.

This location takes a while to get your food. I have placed a curbside order, ordered inside, and gone through the drive thru, and all of them have taken longer than other McDonald's I've been to. The drive thru has had me pull around to park and wait more than once. Also, they are not very thorough. I have requested no pickles or onions on my kids' burgers, and they still put it on there. The fries have been cold and flimsy. I would not recommend this location.
