I had a great experience eating in with my kids at the play place. The staff were nice enough to swap toys when they got duplicates and they were fast and respectful. I observed them trying to problem solve a customer losing their order due to a dead phone by finding him a charger. Above and beyond serving in my opinion.
Price continues to rise with no quality. McDonald’s needs to remember what it is. Go down the street and get an actual meal for the price of this garbage.

I work really long nights and without this hard working amazing place I don't think I could live, unlike other fast food places especially McDonald's this one makes all the food I've had fresh and fast and are always nice, definitely hope they don't dislike me cause I go almost every other day, never had any issues either and any problems that did come they fixed it with no hesitation.

Best Big Mac I’ve had in years. The team really pulled together at 7:59pm and created the most perfectly crafted Big Mac. Flawless execution. Excellent form. Pristine results. 11/6 would recommend the Big Mac from this location.

Today we placed an online order for breakfast through the app the same way we do every time and my dad went to pick it up and was told by an extremely rude employee that the order didn’t go through and was arguing with my dad. We placed the order, had the code, and were charged. The woman told him that you have to be 1000 feet away from the building in order to place an order which isn’t true because we order food there all the time. The woman was extremely rude. I tried calling them and a recording says that the voicemail is full. You can’t even call them. Because of how rude this woman was, we won’t come here again.

Every time I ask for extra mild sauce (because they only give me one for two burritos) they might give me one more. Drove clear back for south Santaquin without checking?♀️ now I am pretty much wasting half my breakfast because I don’t have enough mild sauce. For sure a me problem for not checking!

If you are thinking about getting breakfast at this location, don’t. I live in Santaquin and drive to the Payson one to get breakfast. The breakfast food is never cooked right. It’s either cold or just very off tasting. And the bread always smells like smoke. I’ve given up at this location gor breakfast. Whoever owns this location should go to the Payton McDonald’s order a sausage McMuffin and then go to the Santaquin McDonald’s and order the same thing and compare them and tell me I’m wrong.
