Entering the parking lot is horrible due to incorrect cement curbing length! The cement curbing turning into the parking lot was NOT installed / cement poured correctly in length and is too long preventing SUV’s or trucks from entering the drive-up window lanes without causing vehicle damage, or having to back-up amazing it unsafe for any other vehicles. The curbing along with a huge rock was not measured correctly.@mcdonalds Company needs the contractor to return and install correctly placed cement curb. I’ve literally watched 20+ vehicles drive into or over the cement curb and/or back-up nearly crashing into other vehicles just trying to enter this McDonald’s location. This needs to be fixed ASAP. We don’t go to McDonalds ever but went to get Chicken Nuggets Happy Meals for the Great Grandkids. The Happy Meals were fine but my husbands Big Mac was dry no sauce and the pickles looked dehydrated. My McCrispy Combo was the same no sauce and the chicken was over cooked and pickles looked dehydrated. Sandwiches were very dry. They need to make their sandwiches to look like the pictures on their menu. Next time we will hit Wendy’s. No more McDonalds for us. It is a waste of money.‼️

Not bad but for the ongoing app problems, the app keeps opening every time I turn on my devices and even keeps opening over and over so I need to delete it and download it again when I want to use it. It's also ridiculous that paying cash when picking up at the counter isn't an option.

My whole life McDonald's was a busy restaurant. Now you order from a kiosk and wait and wait for your order and the atmosphere boring they spend alot of money for nothing nobody was in the area except for the people coming in for wrong orders. Worst
My only gripe with this place is they ALWAYS forget the sauce. Like they are physically incapable of remembering no matter how much you pester them to remember. This is usually instigated by them asking you to move over to the side of the building and wait. I usually say "please don't forget the sauce" and without fail they will forget it.Please pay attention to the sauce requests. It's such a minor thing but if you ask customers to wait on the side of the building, it needs to be remembered. The building is new and clean and the staff is pretty friendly though and they deserve credit for that.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a 20 piece nugget. They made us pull to the corner and we waited for 20 minutes. They came out with only two cheese burgers, we told them we paid for the chicken nuggets and asked them 3 times to make sure they put Sauces in the bag. After waiting for another 15 minutes they came out with the chickens nuggets and no sauce. How hard is it?

We stop here about once a week for breakfast. Great service, hot food. We decided to try dinner. The music was so loud in the play area that we couldn't have a conversation. Two songs had profanity. Another was about suicide. Another was about sharing a bed with different people. Why would you have that kind of music in a kid-friendly restaurant? C'mon, McD's. Please fix this. I like to support local businesses as much as I can.Kid-friendliness: Need to change the music. It's definitely NOT kid-friendly.
