This Apollo Burger location in Saratoga Springs is fantastic! The service—especially on weekday nights with Rob—is excellent. The sandwich ingredients always seem fresh, the sauces are amazing, they’re quick, and everything is always clean. I highly recommend the Fried Chicken Sandwich!
