Every little change I asked for didnt happen. Asked for no ice got a drink that was more ice than drink. Asked for no tomato got a tomato
Jalapeño poppers were burnt
Chocolate shake was vanilla with Hersheys syrup not a chocolate shake

Drive thru was slow even just to take our order (we were the only ones in the drive thru)

Went in the drive through like I always do. Ordered a Junior Apollo Burger. Got home and found that it was just a junior cheeseburger. I couldn’t drive back as I live 20 minutes away and I explained this when I called back. They asked for my name and number and to tell them who I spoke with and my information. They never mentioned bringing a receipt back. I went back today and asked if they could honor the mix up that happened previously and they said I needed my receipt. Even the guy I had talked to ok the phone was there and verified that I did call and give my information. Since the manager was rude I didnt even argue I just paid and left. Looks like I’ll be going to Seven Brothers Burgers from now on.

Came here for the first time, not very big on burgers but my friend told me about the Hawaiian teriyaki burger so I needed to try it. the girl who took my order was very nice and helpful, gaved me some suggestions on other things to eat and it called my attention so I did, I got jalapeño poppers and a Reeses shake. One of the best customer service experience I’ve had in awhile

The woman working the drive through was not having it. She first read off a order as I arrived to the drive through that wasn’t mine, then I asked what drink I was being given when I noticed it looked like soda and I had asked for lemonade, she wanted to argue with me, saying she knew what I had ordered. I checked the order because when I was on the speaker she sounded very distracted. Upon checking I noticed there were several things wrong with the order. I was never rude to her or disrespectful but didn’t like being told something she gave me was wrong in the order, when I pointed out other things were wrong / missing she gave the food to another gentleman there, who was ultimately left with no words left to say, other than I just work here. Making customers feel like they are wrong and a very unpleasant workplace for those in the kitchen with her as well. When we got home we also noticed the meat was also pink. We probably won’t be going back for a while.

Service was questionable. Shredded cheese on two salads was completely dried out and hard as if it had been sitting out for days. Gave us the wrong sauces. Forgot to give us two of our drinks. Once reminded, one of the drinks given was wrong. There were no jalepeno coins on our Apollo fire burger either.

I recently moved down to Saratoga Springs. My old Apollo was located in Rose Park. I fail to see why I can't order online here... The website link leads to a dead page with no options on it. I get two different DoorDash links. One says Apollo is unavailable and one let's me make an order up until the option for a time to be chosen. Two options, standard and order for later. Both options are greyed out and unable to select. If this location does not provide you with the option for online ordering, whilst sad, I understand. If that's the case I wish it was communicated anywhere online. I would love for some clarification to this issue. Either online ordering isn't available at this location and it's not communicated, or your system and door dashes system is messed up and costing you business.

After a year full of severe health issues, I finally got my dad to leave the house, run some errands, and celebrate a little with Apollo Burger for lunch. After a few hours of errands, however, he was tired and not feeling well so we decided we would just order delivery through their site for dinner. On our first order attempt, he used his Apple Pay account for the order, but then realized it was still using an old phone number, so I called the restaurant to ask if we could update the phone number. The person who answered said that since they use a third party service to manage their online orders, he could not update the number. We asked if he could just add a note for the driver with our current phone number and again they said no.

Partially because of living in a new neighborhood nearby, as well as having had quite a few other deliveries lost, we decided to cancel the order, update the number, and reorder, and they were kind enough to accommodate that.

Of all nights, the order was delivered to the wrong address. I tried calling and texting the driver, as well as walked through the neighborhood to see if I could find the place in the delivery image, which was clearly not our door, nor similar to it. So I called Apollo Burger back to try and see our options, and after trying to explain that the order was never received, the man who answered the phone, the same guy I had spoken to both previous times, said “Well, someone picked up the order and it says it was delivered” and hung up. There is no phone number I can find for the third party service, Toast; the driver will not answer a call or respond to a message, and Apollo Burger has decided that either we created this whole ruse for a free meal, or we’re just lying!

Apollo Burger is a high quality burger joint that is local to the state of Utah. With many burger options to chicken tenders, corndogs, sandwiches, salads, appetizing side and signature fries, there is bound to be something for you. For someone who has an allergy to gluten, the service given to me with the quality of food was memorable. With dietary needs, the staff gave me a quality meal with quick service that will forever be remembered. At Apollo burger they are ready to serve you with their signature.

Waited a minute for the food even though we were the only ones there? We ordered two of the same meal however got two different drink sizes for some reason. Food was ok but overall not enough to return unfortunately.
