I purchased the NY steak sandwich and an order of apple pie sticks and two baklava. They read the order back to me...TWICE. When I got to the window I paid my $29.00 and was asked to "add a tip" i chose not to. Then i drove 30 minutes home. When I got home the baklava wasn't in the bag. MY personal opinion is they were annoyed that I didn't tip and conveniently forgot part of my order. I HATE that fast food charges a fortune then has the audacity to ask for a tip. As if they are actually doing something to warrant a 22% tip, like an eat in restaurant.Edit: As this was my first time at this location, I thought the 35 minute wait for drive through was an isolated incident, but after reading all of the comments, this seems to be a very common issue.

I've loved Apollo Burger for a long time, and this location has excellent service and the food seems fresher than some of the other locations around. This is the go-to location in my area.
The atmosphere is great, I highly recommend this place, the food was amazing and the service fantastic. A special thank you to the entire team as I was able to enjoy a delicious meal (especially the Deluxe Grilled Ham sandwich) thank you for your valuable work

Overpriced and lower quality than McDonald’s. Not worth going here for anything ever.If you still want to go for sure reason, don’t expect any service. Literally have to self order on the kiosk, then hope and pray they get your order correct (mine wasn’t).
