I used to love beans and brews and I’ve even worked at one but recently it’s been terrible. The staff most of the time is rude or just don’t care, the prices are through the roof for a drink that is usually incorrect and filled to the top with ice and still had room for more of the drink in there. The drinks especially at this location is terrible there have been more times than not I’ve had to take my drink back in due to it being incorrect then they try to argue with you about it even when it’s a complete different drink than what you’ve ordered. If I’m paying $8 for a 24oz coffee I want it to be correct and not straight ice. So sad because this place used to be so good…

The experience itself was fine I guess but I’ve had issues with cross contamination. I’m decently allergic to mangos; They won’t kill me but I break out in full body hives and I’m miserable if I eat or even touch them.
I’ve broken out in hives from eating just a sandwich from here…I should not be breaking out in hives from a turkey and Swiss sandwich if I’m not allergic to it....Thankfully I’m not deathly allergic, but what if I was? I understand that accidents happen and maybe it was super busy, but the employees need to take cross contamination seriously and they need to be changing their gloves often. I know everywhere does things differently but I’ve worked at restaurants where you have to change your gloves for each customer..for this exact reason.. so even if not for each customer.. you should be changing your gloves often..
I don’t want to say to avoid going here but if you have serious food allergies I would not suggest this location as it doesn’t seem it’s a priority here.
Good avacado toast and good coffee and latte. But we just can’t support a business that serves the food in plastic throwaway containers. Sickens me. Truly. Do we care so little for our earth that plates can’t be washed and reused. Please Beans and Brew make this change.

This company is going tonight Hell! The level of service at this point is so god awful they might as well use kiosks. They do not care. Over expansion has ruined the company. They need to look into training and recipe adherence and focus on there guests. Really sad to see what this place used to be to what it is now. This location, and about 2 others need to be closed, it’s pathetic how people are treated here.

Bunch of untrained baristas making drinks, cappacinos and lattes with no foam, this place is a fever dream, go to harmons if you want real coffee.

I've been a beans and brews customer for years, and I love the coffee there, but I waited 35 minutes for a coffee! 30 MINUTES! It's too much for a coffee, super bad service.

All I needed was waters and it took them 15 minutes to give them back to us. I’m astonished that I even have to leave a review and that it took that long to get it. I will NOT be coming back here.

waited over 40 minutes in the store for our food for them to tell us they hadn’t even started it. it was avocado toast which came out soggy and not toasted, donut holes, a muffin, and a breakfast sandwich which they forgot and had to rush to make. not great.
DO NOT HOST YOUR MEETINGS ONE TO ONES OR EVENTS HERE. HIGHLY Unprofessional management. They had agreed to host my events and then did not give me any feedback about their expectations or rules. Bad communication waited weeks without response. Showed up on the day it was supposed to be, offered free readings to people who purchased coffee and supported beans and brews. I added to their marketing efforts and brought in business and treated their customers well and offered the advice people needed in that moment. But then I just got a text from the general manager basically blaming me for their inability to communicate effectively and allowing customers to use the space freely. They told me not to bother the other managers like I was constantly bothering or pestering them which I wasn't I sent very few messages and they were days even a week apart. I wasn't impatient in the least just wanted clear expectations. Badly handled and highly unprofessional when someone is giving free marketing and offering discounts to your customers. It was supposed to mutually beneficial they didn't follow through on any of their agreement besides using the space and then to tell me to stop contacting them when I hadn't even reached out since the event. Like I was currently bothering them because they're too nice to say anything. Well I'm not too nice to say when I have been wronged or had a bad experience. All that was needed was clear expectations and guidelines and open communication. Poorly handled. Will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere. There's a great place in Sandy called Athena VII if anyone is looking for a good meeting spot that values your business and doesn't discriminate and is actively supporting local businesses and the community

Someone needs to check in with management. Whoever is training these baristas is not doing a great job. 9/10 times, my drink order comes out wrong. No matter what I order.
Update: went again today, ordered a frozen mocha with an extra shot. Tastes like a frozen hot chocolate.
I used to work at Beans so I know they must have put their dark cocoa base instead of iced mocha. Left out the extra shot too.
Day 3: ordered a double shot of espresso with a *tiny* bit of cream. Came out cold.
At this point it’s on me for continuing to go and spend my money here!!
