Wednesday around 1pm was actually very slow the day we came in! Seated as soon as we walked in, service was very attentive. My son and I ordered two lunch plates : one with orange chicken and one with pork lo mien. Came with soup - we got egg drop--Choice of spring roll or wonton, and ham fried rice. The entrees were flavorful, we really liked the orange chicken. Def fresh! Good size chicken too. The rice was a little lacking... could use some more seasoning, soy sauce. We liked the chicken entree more than the pork lo mien. Will prob go back to try other dishes. They also give a military discount which is a plus since this is just down from Camp Williams.

The location is ok. The food was ok. But the price was high for what you get. I doubt we'll be back.

Let me start by saying this: I was SO excited to have a local Chinese spot less than a mile away from my new home that I could call my "go to" spot. I ordered this meal to go and was excited to try the flavors Blossom had to offer. I went with the Mongolian Beef Dinner. I was looking forward to having my meal with some warm egg drop soup, a spring roll on the side and a little sweet and sour pork side as well--very interesting that 5-6 pieces of sweet and sour chicken/pork are offered with any meal. Best thing about the meal: Sweet and sour pork. You can't mess that up. The sauce comes on the side, so you're gonna have to pour it on your chicken/pork. It tasted familiar to me and once again, hard to mess it up. The "not so good" part of the meal: Rice - in my humble opinion, flavorless. Also, the ratio of rice to protein/veggies was way off. Usually you get more rice/noodles than protein but here it was the other way around. Mongolian Beef - Once again, in my humble opinion based on previous experiences with this famous dish, not a lot of flavor going on there as well. Also, the dish was 80% veggies, 20% beef. By the time I was done with the beef, that was a little bit of rice left and an entire portion of veggies. Spring roll - Bland, not a ton of flavor going on. Little texture from the filling. It was crispy on the outside though. Egg drop soup - first time I ever eat a version of egg drop soup with the pea/carrot/corn medley. Lacked salt, not the best I ever had. Not the worst either. Portion - contrary to some other reviews, this was not the biggest meal for $22 dollars. If you've ever been to lucky bowl in Sandy, you know exactly what I'm talking about. I honestly might come back to try other things, but this first impression wasn't the best. I was happy to hear from my wife--who picked up the meal--that the place was popping. I wish nothing but the best to this establishment.

We dropped by on Friday for lunch, it wasn't super busy. The restaurant is brand spankin new and incredibly clean. The staff was friendly and remarkably quick with everything. Ashley H. was our server and was just delightful and cheery. Hot and sour and egg drop soup was excellent. The spring roll was light and perfectly fried. Their sweet and sour as a dip was great! Especially with the hot mustard that I mixed in. The Pon Pon chicken was seriously the best I have had in decades. Super crispy and amazing flavor. The Mongolian beef was great too, good cut of meat so it was tender. The veggies were fresh and popped with flavor. Drinks got topped off frequently and the check was quick. Overall the experience was picture perfect. We WILL be back and make this place a regular in the rotation.

Service: 5 Ambiance: 5 Food: not great. We ordered multiple things and maybe I'm picky being from CA with access to great food there but the flavor was lacking.

Really good Chinese food, and I am not a huge fan of Chinese. The food seemed like it was a lot higher quality ingredients than other Chinese restaurants. I also love that they offer American cuisine, it works great for kids.

Excellent food and great service. We tried it when they first opened and it was a little rocky, but they have definitely straightened everything out and it's very good! Happy to see this place thriving.

Food was just okay. I was hoping it would be better with all the hype but maybe it was just the dish that I got?

I was hopeful, but it just didn't make the grade. Too bad. The taste of the food was "meh", the decor was modern but not kept clean, service fell short in so many ways. It was just not worth the price. Sorry, but you can find better options elsewhere in my opinion.

This is your grandparents' favorite Chinese restaurant: overly bland flavors; heavily breaded meats; sugary sauces; and chicken fried steak if you want it.It looked beautiful, tasted mediocre.Beautiful views of the mountains, once you look past the traffic on Redwood Road.I doubt the restaurant will survive, as is. The menu wants to satisfy everyone, therefore it doesn't really please anyone.Wheelchair accessibility: Open and easy to access

I'm not normally a fan of Chinese cuisine but this place is delicious! The restaurant is very clean. We were seated right away. The food came out at a reasonable speed. The service was overall really good. At first I thought the food seemed expensive but the portions were huge so it was easily two meals for me. Definitely will be back!
