I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Brookers Ice Cream! Not only is the ice cream some of the best I’ve ever had, but the service is second to none. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles from Becka and Jackson, who really went out of their way to make sure I had a great visit. They took the time to chat with me about the different flavors, gave me some excellent recommendations, and even let me sample a few before making my choice.

What really stood out was how friendly and enthusiastic Becka and Jackson were. It’s clear they both love what they do, and their energy truly made the experience enjoyable. Becka was so patient and knowledgeable when answering all my questions about ingredients and new flavors, and Jackson was super personable, making sure I felt right at home. It’s rare to find such genuinely caring staff who go above and beyond to make your visit memorable.

The ice cream itself? Incredible! Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced flavors – you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. Brookers has definitely earned a loyal customer in me, and I’ll be back soon. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on this gem of a place. The employees dress in colonial garb. I honestly would come back purely for that. The ice cream was good too though and the interior is super fun
