Brooker's Founding Flavors Ice Cream, Saratoga Springs UT

This was my second time visiting a Brookers Founding Flavors. I think I really wasn't a fan of the flavor I got today. It was a chocolate with brownie. My daughter got cotton candy and hers was creamy and yummy. I like the theme and that there are so many flavors and that I was able to just say what flavor I was interested in and have the workers point me in the right direction. I find the menu too wordy and hard to read. I'll be going again another time because we have a gift card . I'm hoping I get a better flavor next time.

We were visiting from out of town and were looking for ice cream. This place was phenomenal! The ice cream was delicious! The gal taking our order took time to explain everything to us and was super patient with us as we tried a few flavors. We ended up loving our choices. The only negative feedback I have is if I were to tell people about this place and they asked what my favorite flavor was I wouldn’t be able to tell them. The names are so long I couldn’t tell you if it had to do with Hamilton or Washington or Adams etc. For those that are curious, the chocolate peanut butter and the dark chocolate cookies and cream were both fantastic, I just couldn’t tell you what they’re actually called.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Brookers Ice Cream! Not only is the ice cream some of the best I’ve ever had, but the service is second to none. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles from Becka and Jackson, who really went out of their way to make sure I had a great visit. They took the time to chat with me about the different flavors, gave me some excellent recommendations, and even let me sample a few before making my choice.

What really stood out was how friendly and enthusiastic Becka and Jackson were. It’s clear they both love what they do, and their energy truly made the experience enjoyable. Becka was so patient and knowledgeable when answering all my questions about ingredients and new flavors, and Jackson was super personable, making sure I felt right at home. It’s rare to find such genuinely caring staff who go above and beyond to make your visit memorable.

The ice cream itself? Incredible! Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced flavors – you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. Brookers has definitely earned a loyal customer in me, and I’ll be back soon. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on this gem of a place.
