I had the power bowl with extra lettuce and chicken noodle soup. The power bowl was amazing! Loved all the ingredients together. Opted for a different dressing, so delish. Soup was good but average. Rolls are yummy. The chocolate covered strawberry are a nice touch! I’m not from the area, first time, very happy with my meal. The dining room was cold and a long wait in line. Great staff!!

Bought the strawberry chocolate dessert and the chocolate was lacking. So sad for the price paid. The picture is after shaking it and rolling it around to attempt to disperse what’s in the cup. Asked the employee if there was a way to even purchase a little extra chocolate and she said no.
We love to meet here during nursing school to grab some great food and relax in the wonderful environment. Plus the chocolate dipped strawberries are our favorite!

My wife and I went to lunch at the Zupas Saratoga Springs UT location for Valentines Day. We got the curry protein bowls and my wife asked for a little extra curry sauce, the girl behind the counter was so sweet and said yes. As she was about to pour a little extra sauce in the bowl, an employee by the name of ELIJAH unpleasantly jumped in, told the female employee to hold on, and informed us that he would have to charge us $6 for extra sauce. First off, the fact it’s $6 for a little extra sauce is absurd, but even more, was how ELIJAH decided to speak to my wife and the other employee that was originally putting our food together. I would encourage this locations owner to do some customer service training with ELIJAH or simply get him replaced because I could see him causing business to go elsewhere. It’s not a big deal if you can’t do extra sauce without charging, there is just a proper way to communicate that to customers and unfortunately for Elijah, it was very unprofessional, and not the best timing on our Valentine’s Day lunch date. I get we all have our bad days, but he was a little over board with this. The food was great, service was not.
Mobile order placed at order placed at 6pm pick up for 6:13pm.. Didn’t get it till 6:44pm with a “Sorry!! Got home and order was messed up completely. What a joke. We’ll be taking our business somewhere else instead of waiting 45min for over priced, pre made hospital grade food lol

Worst Zupas I’ve been to. Still here waiting for my online order which is already 15 minutes behind when it said it would be ready. No updates on it, no nothing. They come and check on my order on my phone and say “one moment” leave, and come back 5 minute later to look at my phone again and said the same thing.. I only ordered 3 full soups for a sick friend. Order was supposed to be ready at 1:49pm. I got here at 1:35 just to make sure I got it hot. Still nothing and disappointed with the service.
