This is not the first bad experience. I have Covid and I sent my husband to get me the Wisconsin cheddar soup and some mushroom bisque for a few days to last they were out of the Wisconsin cheddar soup. We got the mushroom bisque which was so thick like oatmeal. It’s so disgusting. I can’t even swallow it, very disappointing wasting $9 just to the throw it out

Worst drive thru experience I've had in as long as I can remember. Having a self serve kiosk for the drive thru is a terrible practice. You can't reach the screen from the car, the sun glare prevents being able to see the debit card payment screens, and then I had to go park in a numbered stall forever for a bowl of soup that's pre-made. This experience just guaranteed I will never return.

Horrible experience overall. Ordered ahead and order was supposed to be ready at 11:45. Did not receive order till 12:15. In the time I spent waiting in their lobby I could have gone through the standard line 10x over. As a cherry on top for this experience they messed up the order. Attempted to speak with their manager after waiting 30 minutes and Elijah (MGR) did not offer to do anything to make it right, just said they were busy. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS UNTIL THEY GET THEIR STUFF TOGETHER.

Fix the drive-thru! You pull into the drive-thru, there are no humans, no connection with the inside, just a hard-to-reach screen. Simple enough? Except the microphone button doesn’t work, there’s a credit card system that apparently doesn’t work; when you submit your order it gives zero instructions or confirmation that the order even went through, such as “please pull forward to pay and get your food”. Silly and confusing. Zupas’ food is okay, but the drive-thru was so neglected!

Also, we paid for extra rolls and they failed to give them to us (we didn’t notice until we got home). Could be an honest mistake, but it was downright sloppy.

Deeply disappointed in this location.

If you want 6 or more soups, purchase them at the individual price for $6. We thought the catering pack of 6 soups would be full size soups and they are only half. Had we purchased the half sizes individually, they each would have come with a roll and a chocolate strawberry for the same price. Live and learn! 😊 Also, when we showed up to pick up our order, they didn't have our order anywhere. They had to track it down. I'm just glad that my order wasn't stolen.

I always go here to get the Dubai strawberry cups which is always on point! I’ve been to other locations and the strawberries are hit or miss. I decided to come try the strawberries and cream. Online it says “ Sweet summer strawberries drenched in house-made sweet vanilla bean cream”. I did mobile order it and came early. They said to please wait 10 minutes. I was cool with that. Waited 10 minutes and got a cup of strawberries with half and half poured on it. No vanilla or sweetness in there at all. Heavily disappointed.

I love Zupa's ! It took 15-20 minutes to order and get my order, and the food is amazing! I got the honey bacon club as well as one of the cottage cheese bowls and was definitely satisfied with my meal!

everything was clean and well maintained. greeted very friendly by Lane! and then the manager kyle got me checkout. i got a dubai cup very tasty. Kyle got the strawberries to chocolate perfect!! love the people here!! <3

You can't even talk to a person in the drive thru anymore, and the prices are still insane. I thought all the automation was supposed to reduce costs, not increase profits... 🤔
I haven't been for years, and I'm not planning on going back.

The food is great, the service is not. This is the only drive through experience where I’ve ever been told multiple times “it’s not ready yet, can you leave and come back in 5 minutes?” Especially when I arrived on time. Why should I be okay with leaving and coming back to wait in line *again* while you serve other customers? A good restaurant should serve its customers in a timely manner, and in order.
