Chili's Grill & Bar

Went to Chili’s solely for the Chili skillet queso only to be told it was no longer on the menu. The waitress convinced me to try the southwestern queso which was not only flavorless, but doesn’t hold a candle to ballpark cheese! I overheard other tables ordering the same as well & being disappointed when they were told it was no longer available. I don’t order full meals because I do not ever finish them, so this has always been the go to on your menu. I doubt I will darken the doors of Chilis again simply for this reason.

My favorite Nachos are gone and skillet queso is gone. They replaced both with crappy and disgusting replacement. No point in even going to Chili's anymore now. Those Nachos were the main reason I'd go there. Lost my business for sure

They got rid of the best thing they had. There is no more Chili Skillet Queso! The Southwestern Queso they replaced it with is nasty and flavorless! Bring it back or you prob lost a customer. Waitress said lots are complaining to her about this also. Might want to rethink the situation!

My husband and I absolutely love it here!! Good food! the Sweet Tea is my favorite here! and good margaritas too!!!!

Maybe I am in the minority but I really enjoy the street corn on the cob! Please bring it back.

if I could give less then 1 star I would,
the manager on duty however seems more invested in sitting with their family
then actually helping the restaurant run properly

the server i had was nice though and did everything they could
but I will not be back again

I have eaten out of a lot of chilies and the consistency of food quality has been very high until this particular chilies in Saratoga Springs. We were very disappointed. the hamburger had to be sent back because it had onions and pickles on it, which had been specifically requested not to be on it. My black beans were tasteless and I didn’t even finish them. The chips and salsa were delicious as usual. I believe the rest of our family enjoyed their meal. My husband and I did not.

Vegetarian options: I almost always eat the black beans and the corn on the cob. It seems to me these would be good foods for vegetarians. My husband loves the hamburger with french fries. We both love the Coke zero and the chips and salsa.

Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu and they give you a cute two-sided crayon to color on the menu with.

Ordered the Santa Fe burger for takeout and BBQ burger for my wife. Both burgers were dry and overcooked and my burger had a tiny bit of guacamole and almost zero sauce (I couldn't taste it because of how dry the burger was).

They sat us on a booth not enough space for 5 people and the person they put on the end was always in the way of peopel getting constantly had to move but the food was good and our server was nice and super helpful

The food was decent- what you would expect from Chilis. The place was packed but service was still fast and friendly. We had Mike, who was calm and friendly despite the chaos of all the people.

Food was as expected. If you go to Chili's, it's exactly what you'd expect. Nothing out of this world, but it's consistently good.

Enjoyed the honey chipotle chicken crispers and southwestern egg rolls. Also a sucker for their chips and salsa.

Update: got the 3 for me big smasher burger for my son, and a triple dipper for me. Good value all around, although the burger could have used a little bit more sauce, and I cannot figure out why it wasn't really that busy at 2:00 p.m. on a Monday, but the food still took 45 minutes to come out...

The food is pretty basic, nothing special about their menu and recipes but what they lack in unique food they mostly make up for in their prices. For the most part they are a cheap sit down restaurant you can go to for a decent drink. Most of the time their service is good but lately the waiters and waitresses I've had have been, to put it simply, just bad. One guy just stopped serving me completely and sat down with another customer to flirt with her. The last waitress I had was good but they were so short staffed I saw her waiting most of the restaurant and tending to the bar so the lack of care and increased confusion I do not put on her but rather the establishment itself. Take better care of hiring and training employees
