Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is a joke they hired a lady that can’t understand or speak English not only that they have her working the drive through alone. Not only that but they’re messing up orders instead of salsa I got jalapeño and onion chunks I’m talking almost a finger length long . Which made everything else inedible. Then if u try to call or go online to get your money back everything is automated so u can’t reach a person no matter what to get your money back what a freaking joke. If you ever see the lady who can’t communicate with you, you better check your food quality.

PLEASE GIVE BIGGER PORTIONS. Every time I go here I feel like I’m being ripped off because you practically have to beg to get a portion size that isn’t only 3 pieces of food. Please do better.

I was very hesitant to come here because of the rating and reviews. But I looked at Google and almost every Chipotle in the SLC area is below 3.2 stars. My food was fresh and they were not greedy on portions. I believe in redemption and my experience was what I would expect from my best days at chipotle.

These guys get your right as far as Chipotles go, proportions at Saratoga Springs are great compared to other Chipotles.

I like Chipotle, but this location specifically is awful. I order take out from the app, and 50% they don’t have it ready by the time the app says it will be ready. I’m now purposely late 8-10 min just because I know the food will be late. Even then, they will sometimes still be very late, like 20-30 min. What’s the point of ordering ahead??? I’m not going here anymore.

We rarely write reviews and love Chipotle, however every time we visit this Chipotle they are out of something. When we mentioned this in the store they said “it’s ok if you go somewhere else”. Highly disappointing.

After waiting in line for 15 minutes, was told they were out of all the meat but chicken….

I compromised and asked if I can’t have Carnitas can I get a little extra chicken?

Can’t do it our boss will yell at us.

Worst customer service I’ve seen. Reflects their toxic culture.

Just went to Cafe Rio instead.

I'll start by saying the workers are very polite and nice. I was there at 7pm. They were out of vegetables, and several items liked like they needed to be replaced. Instead of replacing them they simply said they were out of the items.

The bathrooms were not kept. The specialty drinks like the lemonade were all empty. Napkins were flung all over the place near the same area. Overall the store wasn't kept.

Only reason I came to review is this place is trashed filthy , out of taco shells, out of lettuce and rolled my order up in a tin foil ball.. asked me what I wanted as I pointed out 3 different times repeated.

I keep trying to give this location a chance. It does not live up to the Chipotle brand. Often messy tables, seems like food is the dregs, and never as much as most locations. It's the third or fourth time. Don't think I'll try again. I ate at two different ones in St. George last week. So much better. Get your act together, Saratoga Springs Chipotle!
