It takes forever. They are running a coffee shop with a little Walmart espresso machine like you have in your house. Very slow. They are often out of pastries. Expensive compared to other coffee shops
The food tastes good and is generally healthier, but the wait time is like 20-30 minutes on a Saturday. There was two workers in the morning and only one worker in the afternoon. It appears that they give priority to people in the drive-thru, which is annoying because my time isn’t any less valuable having to wait, and I’m not needlessly burning fossil fuels. Management, please consider adding an employee on the weekend.

If you are in the Saratoga Springs area and need a jump start to your day, hit up Coffee Creations. The owner is wonderful, the barista chicas are so friendly and the coffee is top notch!
