Perfect
I just went to the costa vida in Saratoga and as I was amazed at how little pork the we’re putting on my sweet pork enchiladas I was even more astonished when the young man making them used the tongs to take off some of the meat he had just placed on the tortillas. I’ll just add it to the list of companies that are raising prices while lowering the quantity and quality of the product they’re selling us.
Side note….. I asked for sour cream and the put it on my rice! That’s exactly where I wanted it 🤦♂️
Do they often forget to give us part of our order? Yes. Will we keep going there because we like Costa Vida? Probably. Just wish they would make sure everything is there before they just hand things out.
Yikes. Husband just got home with some sweet pork salads— I can’t believe they are $11/each. No tortillas, no rice, barely any pork, no cheese. This is literally lettuce, beans, a small amount of pico, and dressing. Super disappointed with the staff for not being able to follow basic directions for a sweet pork salad. We get better at the BYU stadium for $15! At least they don’t strike out on rice and tortillas (basic principles of the business). We won’t be returning. I’d give 0 stars if possible!
Friendly staff. Kudos to staff member Alex for his commitment to customer service. He opened the door for us as we arrived and opened the doors for many others coming and going.. He took our trash away when we were done eating and I saw him do the same for others. He was constantly doing things around the restaurant to keep things running smoothly and was always aware of the customers needs. He never stopped moving and was focused on the customers. He responded quickly to a child that had vomited on the floor and cleaned it up right away. Alex is the epitome of customer service and deserves an award.
We went in when it was busy and burritos they barely put any meat or anything in them. I don’t know if it was because they were busy or low on supplies but the worst we’ve had we go there a lot and normally there phenomenal. This last time the breed of were extremely small half the size of normal and just filled with rice and beans.
I love costa vid and this location is really good and get your order right everytime.

My family loves this place. 90% of the time we Choose Costa vida instead of Cafe Rio.
We love the freshness of their flour tortillas and the grilled chicken without several spices.
The kids meal is the best in the fast food industry

I was here on 10/28 in the evening. When I arrived the people on the line greeted me and were very nice and helpful! But there were 4 people working back in the drive thru area that were blasting music and singing the song very loudly, while I was trying to order. Me and the people working on the line had to almost yell to hear each other over their singing. Where that area was also very open, I could see them touching each other with their gloves on but would not replace them when returning to work with the food. I could tell some staff and customers were annoyed by their actions. Everyone who was eating inside was eating as far away from the kitchen as they could to be able to enjoy the food and hear each other. Besides that the food was delicious as always and the people who were on the line were very kind and welcoming.
