I mean, as expensive as this place is for the type of food you get, ($36 for 2 entrees with fries - no drink) you’d think they’d take a $50 for payment… but apparently it’s against corp policy.

This is a very very overpriced sandwich shop. They try to use words like organic, natural just to be able to charge higher prices. My order was wrong. They were not willing to make it right, even after talking to a manager.

I love to order a goat cheese and beet salad for 17 dollars and get 3 beets and literally no cheese, no one morsel of cheese!

UPDATE: Some locations now ask if you want your burger well done instead of medium. Good improvement.
Unfortunately the last four times I’ve gone to any Cubby’s in Utah my burger has been undercooked…red raw. I even went to different locations to see if it was only a problem with one or two locations. It’s not.
I love Cubby’s but obviously a franchise cooking process needs to be implemented so the burgers are cooked longer.

Prior to “new management”, the food was never ready on-time and they were frequently missing food items. Now after “new management” it’s still the same thing (3/4 times I’ve come the food is late).
It was a long wait but the manager Payton was so nice! He always made sure we were taken care of. I’ll be coming back!

Oh my goodness, the absolute best employee at the Union location...her name is Vickie. From her initial greeting and then talking to us while taking our order, she was amazing. Happy and absolutely loved her job!! You can use her for an example of the ideal employee! I am visiting for Texas and found out she has a cousin not too far from me. Wish we had Cubby's by us...FYI Contractor Fries...YUM!

Not impressed. We loved the Cubby's in Lehi, but every time we come to this location, something is wrong. Tonight we came and ordered 3 gluten free burgers and fries in the drive-thru. It was $60 for THREE burgers and 3 fries, wow. They asked us to pull forward in the waiting spot and we waited 20m. Then they brought our food out and my sweet potato fries were burned. Black. I had to walk them back inside and wait another 10m to get fresh ones. The staff was nice about it, but the whole experience is just not good. While I waited for my fries to be re-made, another lady came and asked where HER sweet potato fries were and as I watch, half the staff behind the counter are just standing around. Not coming back to this location. Too expensive to have to deal with extra stuff like this.
