This Del Taco needs some Serious Help with management training! I waited in line for 10 minutes with the Manager sitting on break with another worker chatting. All the people in the back only cared about the drive thru and to go orders. I had to yell “CAN I PLEASE GET SOME HELP”? The manager at the table just snickered and Finally someone took my order! No Apology! And they acted put out that they had to help me! Unbelievable!!! Time is money and this Del Taco doesn’t care. The other night I waited stuck in the Drive thru for 20 minutes because they couldn’t figure out how to discount someone’s order .65cents!! No apology! I told them I would have gladly paid the .65 cents just to get out of line! This is the Worst Del Taco I have Ever been to!!!

It's grungy. Service is terrible. Food was meh. I stood at the register for almost 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I get it that they're busy, but a quick, "be w you in a moment" is part of their training that I didn't get. The gal mumbled when I asked a question and then she sighed, stared at me, shifted her weight, and then annoyed replied again clearer. When the total was ready to pay she mumbled again,.pointed, and walked away. I didn't do anything to upset them, I just came in and waited and ordered like a normal person. Food was not made right in that, the fast things were made first, and the slow things last, so almost 10minutes later, some of my food was cold.Kid-friendliness: Has a play place.

Went through the drive thru order a item didn't realize it wasn't in the bag I went back to check the receipt and the item was not there either so I had to drive back just to get that specific item.

This was the worst experience with this location. My food was not prepared well at all. Inedible chicken taco because of all the grease and no lettuce or cheese. Opened snack taco and it’s missing most of the ingredients. Support on their website doesn’t work and neither does their phone. Not coming back this was awful.

Lately hard shell tacos are either mushy or stale, not crispy and crunchy like they should be. I asked for fresh hard shells and still got mushy, non edible ones. Fries were cold again. Employees are friendly but I won't be back since this issue still hasn't been fixed.

Nothing like a Del Combo burrito & a couple crunchy tacoswhen every other drive thru...greasy...no good for you fast food spots are closed! ?? The only things that kinda sorta irks me is if you don't specify how many sauces you want...you won't get enough to even cover the full length of a dang taco...let-alone a burrito! Guess that's why they only give you TWO napkins regardless of the order size...not enough hot sauce to make a mess! ? Aside from these lil annoyances DEL TACO is favored above Taco Bell & every other fast food chain. (EXCLUDING; Panda Express cuz they're yummy!)Kid-friendliness: They usually have an indoor play area, which is nice for parents so you might actually get to eat! Lol

The worst manager alive Alondra is satan in disguise. She is the most disgusting disrespectful person. Treat people and employees like trash. She smokes up a storm and comes into work like we all are to blame for her addictions.work somewhere where your treated with respect. Until she leaves you won’t prosper in that store. Sometimes the cheesecake bites are undercooked, which is a sin against nature in my opinion. The staff always hooks it up on the sauce though!Vegetarian options: There are plenty of meatless options throughout the menu, which I really appreciate because so many places are all about the meat.
