I often frequent this establishment. They are very good about getting my orders right. Last night, something happened to my order that was already supposed to be ready for pick up. They had me wait an additional 8 minutes while they fixed something. I was irked to be made to wait, but I was happy to have fresh, hot pizza, and it was exactly what I asked for.

I ordered my pizza online. Ended up not knowing how to use my digital gift card so I went in and I was told by a very nice young man that he would be right with me and I looked up at his screens and he had so many pizzas going on and he was the only one there. I was very impressed. He was very kind, very courteous he. Was knocking them pizzas out like it was nobody's business and in the end he helped me with my order. Made my food send me on my way and told me to have a great day through such a tough time. Very busy day. He didn't look down once he kept his head held high and kept moving. He's not even my employee and I was proud of him. I told him he was doing a fantastic job and I thanked him and I left. It was a great experience. Overall, I can't believe how incredibly effectively that young man was working. So I turned before I left. I asked him his name and it was Isaac. Shout out to Isaac. You did a fantastic job. You deserve a raise, my friend!
Parking: There was plenty of parking. Of course it was like I don't know 8:00 p.m.
Kid-friendliness: I do believe it's kid friendly. I mean there's not a whole lot for a kid to do in there but it is friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it's wheelchair accessible. There's a lower cement sidewalk as you walk up to the door very easily accessible to anybody in the wheelchair

Let me start by saying there is a clear reason why 290 people think this place sucks at 3.0 stars ⭐️….we have ordered from this place more than 6 times. This place sucks like they hardly put any toppings on their pizza 🍕 my kids always ask why isnt there meat on any of these?? Its awful and just tastes pretty mediocre lacks alot even if its only $60 to feed your family. I would rather spend $20 for double the amount way tastier!

Closing shift forgot my drink for delivery. I spent 30 minutes trying to call the store until they closed to let them know. What could've been a forgiveable mistake has now become despicable.

Gave me the wrong order. I had to drive an extra 30 minutes to find out that they wouldn't replace the items "that were right" (one of the pizzas we ordered). So I guess at least one of us got warm pizza... Tried calling to resolve the issue over the phone, however their "phones are down". So you can't even get a hold of them......
The people at the counter were all pissy with me also. Not one single sorry was said. So I guess it's my bad that I had to pay $30 for one cold pizza and one not even close to what I ordered pizza.

Picked curbside delivery. They never came out. Went inside to get my order. Came home and it’s completely messed up. And conveniently for them they don’t have anywhere on their app to complain or make things right. And our order is cold. Stick with Pizza Hut.

I have had hit and miss service with this location. The young man named Isaac that helped me today was so professional, helpful, kind and had great manners. I was very impressed. The last few times I have ordered, the other manager I had spoke with, that “didn’t have to tell me his name”was very crass and overall unpleasant to converse with. I had actually considered going to a different location due to this. Isaac deserves a raise, he was the saving grace of this location for me. 👌🏻
I would give this overall 1 star for my last visit, but I've had good pizza from here before. My last time though, I got 2 large pepperoni pizzas and one was so dry and stale I cut my mouth on it. May have been old, but more likely they forgot to put sauce on it... Or very minimal sauce. I'll give it another try though and update this review depending how it goes.

I ordered 3 pizzas at 5:08. Received a delivery at 5:48 that was completely not my order. Called at 5:50 and politely asked them to resend my order. 6:50 and still nothing. Called again and they have no clue what has happened. I asked for a refund and they said 2-3 days before it posts to my account. Not one sorry or apology. When I voiced my frustration the “manager “ hung up on me. Been waiting over 2 hour for food and they could care less! I hate this place.

I placed a large online order for an early AM pickup. They were ready right on time with all hot pizzas. They helped me load them into my car. Employees were friendly and it was great service! The order was accurate. Would recommend this location.
