I'm not sure if I was given a pizza today, or a piece of pita bread with tomato paste and fake cheese sprinkled on top. It was really bad. Just a little sauce, hardly any cheese, and overly crisp burnt pepperoni. It was like getting a pizza from 7 Eleven that had been sitting in the warmer all day. I used to love Domino's Pizza. What happened to the quality?

I put an online order in and it gave a time of 55 minutes till ready. Got online 50 minutes later and said it was ready in a couple of minutes. I showed up and they said it would take another 45 minutes for one medium pizza. Do not go to this location!

I ordered a pizza at 4:36pm online. I received an email stating it was ready and I went in to pick it up and it looked burned, for the second time we ordered from them recently. The gentleman (who refused to give me his name) said we can make you another one. I sat and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes, when I was told it would take 10 minutes. Then I asked if my order was almost ready to the same gentleman and he said “I’m not asking you” and points to the customer behind me to help them” Then proceeds to check if another worker put the pizza in to be remade. Guess what? They never put the pizza in!!! How? How does that happen??? I swore and got upset in the store at the gentleman that I asked if he was the manager and he said yes, I again asked for his name and he refused and said “leave” your not getting my name and issued me a refund and demanded that I leave the store. Then I called and a woman answered who said she is the acting closing manager and she saw what happened and it wa smh fault. Then hung up on me mid sentence. I’ve never been treated so poorly in all my life. This place is a joke and should be shut down for health violations and poor service. Wash your hands and wear gloves next time. I also received a copy of someone else’s receipt. I will include it in my pictures.

I have ordered dominos delivery for 3 years since I moved to Saratoga. The last 3 times we either didnt even receive our order or only half our order and this last time we ordered $225 in pizza for a party and it came an hour and half late and I had to call at the store several times to ask where it was, the kid who answered the phone said he had no idea if they even made it and didn’t know how to find out. When it finally came the pizza was dry and cold. I sent an email and a complaint thru the dominos app and never heard anything back. This is my last time ordering dominos.

No all dominios are created equal. Gernerallt speaking in a huge dominios fan… we recently moved to the area and I have tried this dominios a few times… every time my pizza is wildly under cooked. Doughy & floppy. They are obviously more conserned with getting a “the job” done then actually making good food. Dominios is great… just don’t choose this location.

Took 2.5 hours to get pizza that said 45-50 minutes on the app. When we checked the app to see where the pizza was at the order said “completed”. When I called to figure out where the pizza was at it was conveniently “headed out the door right now” where I was given an unwarranted lecture by the employee about how I need to be patient and that they’re understaffed and everyone is going through the same issue and he was yelled at a lot that night. I proceeded to tell him that 1.) I’m not yelling at you, I want you to use the app correctly and let me know where my food is instead of lying about it and 2.) where the “F” is my food. Where he then decided to hang up on me. This is totally unacceptable behavior from anyone because what I asked wasn’t uncalled for and legitimate, and in all fairness waiting 2.5 hours for pizza is plenty of patience. When I called back and asked to speak to the manager the same kid allegedly took down my information and that I should expect a call. I think this needs to be crystal clear that their service sucks, and this truly falls on the incompetence of management.

Dude demanded a tip in person because I didn’t tip online (I had cash waiting for him) but after hearing him be all snotty and demanding “ so uhh are you gonna give me a tip or not…?” And pointing to the receipt made me not want to tip ? kinda awkward.
