Hama Sushi

I placed an order online, and when my husband went to pick it up and pay for it, they gave him the wrong order and charged him extra. When we realized the order was wrong, we had to return to the restaurant, and they didn't offer any apologies or even offer a discount. It was entirely their responsibility.

If i could i would leave negative stars. I am very upset first of all, we were given a buzzer which never went off. Then we were sat at a dirty table which the host (male) said “ sorry it’s dirty” and laughed. Then our server came out after a while and ask us for our drink order and we said we’re ready to order and she said well I’m not ready with a rude tone (blonde young girl) then our drinks took 10 extra minutes to come. Another girl brought out our food and we didn’t see our server until we were done with our food. No one came to check on us. Waters were empty. When we asked for our check she said okay and then went to clean other tables right next to us. So we had to wait even longer Finally, we got a check it took another 5-10 minutes for her to come and get the check. Horrible services. I’m very upset we were there for over 2 hours. YES TWO HOURS. Someone needs to fix this problem.

Great little sushi place for a quick meal. Reasonably priced as well. 3 premium rolls and an appetizer was enough food for 2 people to share. The executive is my all time favorite, and I was pleased to see it on the menu. The rolls marked spicy that include jalapeño were quite mild.

Waiter was great. However - they painfully obviously messed the order up with wrong rolls. Instead of owning it, they kept repeating they were right and offered bring us the “missing items” as a side. The chef kept giving us bad looks. First time I’ve left without paying a tip in my adult life.

The best to I think I've ever had!

Love the sushi! Though last time we went, it was 15 minutes after opening, and there looked like a group of workers waiting for someone to come open the restaurant. Ended up finding somewhere else for lunch.

I didn’t rate food because they took so long getting it ready that we opted to just pay for our drinks and leave. 40 minute wait to get sushi! Inexcusable!!! Our server tried to explain that “things happen.” They do indeed! But my credo has always been “fool me once…” Hama has been our “go to” for sushi. Really sad to see them go!! Wendy’s was much faster and, given the complications at Hama, far superior!!

Their sushi and sashimi boat was incredible and the perfect amount for two! They allow you to choose a roll with the boat and we chose the Sexy Beach Roll and we thought it was a great choice. Good quality sashimi. It was also served with a bowl of miso soup. If I were to suggest anything maybe they should include just one more bowl of miso soup. It wouldn’t cost them much more and makes much more sense since that boat seems to be able to serve 2-4 people.

the food was good, the waitress was nice, but the atmosphere didnt feel super traditional sushi restaurant to me. very little theming. id eat there again though!
