Every time I stop by the Iceberg Drive Inn in Saratoga, I have an amazing experience. They’re always friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about their work and go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy.

The food is always on point — the shakes are unbeatable and the burgers are cooked just right. The restaurant is clean, well-kept, and the atmosphere is great.

First time trying Iceberg in Saratoga Springs and I was honestly impressed. The food came out fast and hot, and everything tasted super fresh. I got a double cheeseburger and fries, and both were solid. Not overcomplicated—just really good.

But the highlight for me was the shake. I ordered the raspberry cheesecake one and it was hands down one of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had. Super thick, full of flavor, and not overly sweet.

Also, the staff was really polite and the whole place felt clean and well-kept. It’s definitely the kind of spot you stop at once and end up coming back to. Loved it.

This location is one of my go-to places when I’m craving something classic and satisfying. The burgers are always fresh, flavorful, and made just right. Terrible wait time though the drive through 30 minutes for 4 shakes and after all that, my order was wrong.
In response: I tried to call the store and did not get a hold of anyone or was able to leave a message. It was after 9 and there were people in the dining room but doors locked.

We waited almost an hour for our food and then when we got it the burger was cold and the pickle chips were chewy. When our order was done it sat under the little heat lamp for 15 minutes before they even brought it out to us.
