Updated review: I hate to change a review but this is the second time in a row our online order was not made correctly. I understand things happen but being the 2nd time in a row it was disappointing especially since we always try to leave a tip too. For one sandwich we asked for extra mayo and instead there was absolutely no mayo along with no oil, and no onions. On top of this the lettuce for both sandwiches was turning brown and the bread was hard making it not an enjoyable meal.

Me and my husband waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes. Keep in mind there was only a single car in front of us. We had to back out of the drive through because it was unexpectable. We came around 5:00 pm march 14. Cmon guys and get your times down. Your FAST food! Good luck to anyone going through the drive through at this location. Verh disappointed.

When I pulled into your drive-thru there were only two cars ahead of me who had already ordered. I then sat in the Drive-Thru line for approximately 25 minutes. When I finally got to the window I was told "your order somehow deleted itself".
I then asked how long it was going to be until I got my food, and I had to ask this question three times before I got an answer. The first response was "I have to put it in the computer again". Then he asked me to pay and I said I'm not paying until you tell me how long I'm going to wait for my sandwich and he said "I'm going to get started on it right now" and I repeated again, how long until I get my food and finally he said "5 to 10 minutes". I'm sitting there, waiting at the window, being told that they screwed up and deleted my order, and I still have to wait another 10 minutes in addition to the 25 I already waited, and by the way, I ordered a tuna sandwich so the grill is not involved at all.
Absolutely the worst and most ridiculous drive-thru experience ever!

We ordered online, got there 15 minutes past when our food was supposed to be done and had to wait another 20 minutes for our food, it's sad to see this place end up like all other Saratoga fast food places. Crappie service.

Update: We tried again. This time we were the only car in the drive through. No one waiting inside. It still took an insane amount of time. 3 people came in while we were waiting and were served before us even though we ordered a while ago. I honestly considered just leaving.

Food is not bad. The service though is the slowest I’ve ever seen for fast food. Drive thru today took 40 minutes.

SUPER LONG DRIVE THRU WAIT!!
Currently in the drive through, at the window. We have been in the line for over 20 minutes and they are getting through 1 car every 10 minutes it seems like. Word from the wise, don’t visit this locations drive thru. Can’t speak for going inside.

****Update. Finally got our food after 40 minutes and what do you know, they gave us the wrong chips for our order. Won’t be coming back here at all.

took thirty min to get my food now i can’t eat on my lunch break!! go to jimmy johns right next door instead.

This location just can’t seem to get their act together. Pickup for online orders are always late, but the last two times I’ve ordered on the app, I showed up at the pick-up time only to wait for 35 extra minutes for my order. I was far from the only person with this problem as there were several people there waiting for late orders as well. I’ll definitely drive the extra 10 minutes to a different shop going forward.
