Waited in line for a sandwich forever… got it and it was made wrong. Mistakes happen but tried calling them and they do not answer their phones…

We ordered the “all you can eat” French toast and it was only slightly busy at the time. When it came out, it was clearly made without any care. Cooked poorly, tiny pieces, and only a tiny amount of whipped cream / strawberries. When we asked to get more (the promised refills), they refused. Terrible service. Left hungry.

I bought a turkey cranberry sandwich only. It was pathetic. I asked for Cora cranberry and mayo. They don’t do mayo and there was hardly any cranberry’s. This cost $12.89. By itself. The other items I bought fortunately your young staff could not screw up. Loaf of bread and a brownie I bought my daughter’s sandwich to. I don’t know who you have running this location but the service and products they make are really bad.!!!

I did door dash with my daughter a few days ago. after waiting more than 15 min she came out with nothing. They hadn’t even started the order. Bad service.

Good food, their hazelnut bread is always the way to go.

I asked for coconut cream pie and they brought me banana cream pie. Also they were all out of napkins. Bakery/ restaurant out of napkins?. Do I supose to bring my own?
Also, seriously ridiculos pricey for low quality pastries.

Managers and staff are so amazing, very welcoming and got my food pretty quickly! BUT!!!! Scott and Shelby are absolutely atrocious to their work staff and are incredible rude! I feel extremely bad for the staff who have to put up with that cause that’s unacceptable.

The food is always solid good. I wish the desserts were just a little better. But that won't stop me from getting one.

They just started doing breakfast all day which is great because their breakfast is by far their best food. The French toast is the best French toast you can buy. But the croissant sandwiches are super good too. I dare say breakfast foods are 5 star, everything else is 4.

Tired of the consistent bad service, long wait times, and out of certain foods. We really try to give this kneaders a chance as we love kneaders food, but this last time was the last straw. We will NOT be going back again. This last time we waited 45 minutes and after seeing multiple people behind us receive their orders, I went up to ask about my order. The food came out right after I asked. The food was completely cold from sitting so long because apparently we were forgotten about. We went up there to ask if we could get a new one since it was cold. The server scoffed and just threw the eggs back onto the grill to cook more, rather than having a new one made. Then she shoved the food in our faces and said “here.” We ultimately just got a refund and left without touching anything. They didn’t seem to care that we were upset or anything.

I understand that this kneaders gets very busy and they have to help a drive through and wait on the people inside. But I think at this point, if they can’t keep up on the orders, hire more people or close the drive through since they obviously can’t handle both. I was pretty upset to spend almost an hour inside to come out with nothing.

Consistently a horrible experience. The straw that broke the camel's back was today where I ordered two sandwiches and they had me wait 25 minutes before telling me they ran out of sausage. On its face, not a huge deal, but every single time we eat here, something in the order is screwed up and this particular location has not once made an effort to make anything right in our order. Offering simple apologies only for mistakes definitely won't cut it.

I've been here 3 times within a year. I love berry salads, unfortunately, here, the candied pecans have been ransid everytime. Everything else about the salad was pretty good. The kids grilled cheese is not great. Way too greasy, like they use oil instead of butter? And the cheese is like Velveeta maybe? The quality has been lacking and I'm not going to be coming here anymore.

The service and food was amazing and Kalea was an amazing employee 😁. Great place to eat!

We came for the unlimited French toast and it was so yummy! The workers were also very friendly!

My husband and I went though the dive through a couple days ago and we were blown away by our cashier Marissa. She was so patient and kind and amazing customer service. One of the best drive through order I’ve ever had!
