Overpriced, long wait times, food wasn’t worth it either. Took 45 minutes just to get the food.

I visited this restaurant for breakfast and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My order, which consisted of two French toasts and smoothies totaling $40, took over an hour to arrive. When I inquired about the delay, the staff’s response was not handled in a professional manner. I expected a more efficient service and courteous communication, especially given the price point.

We ordered our food and then waited for 25 minutes (most of our order was soup). The tables were all messy and we had to ask someone to wipe the table for us. When the food came out the soup was cold and the grilled cheese wasn’t even kinda melted inside.

I order the Turkey Bacon Avocado to go. When I get home to eat I'm greeted by what looks like masticated turkey thrown in between the two pieces of bread and inside the sandwich.

Apparently they switched turkey brands and this can happen. Their customer service was quick and very nice. They offered to replace my meal which I appreciate. However, if this is the normal I will not be enjoying Kneaders any longer. Stick to your roots and what made you so great, unfortunately that may be a thing of the past.

Always tastes good. I'm always overwhelmed on what to order because it all looks good! lol. I come through the drive thru every so often to get a fruit tart. Mmm! My latest sandwich had a few unexpected gobs of sauce. I think the menu is slightly confusing. I can't tell easily which sandwiches have which choices of bread. It varies. So it takes longer to order because I have so many questions. But it always tastes great.

Food is delicious, but often slow to come out. Most recent visit I ordered 3 items from the case to go, group of 5 people behind me ordered french toast to stay- 4 of them got their food before I got my already made items (that just needed to be grabbed and bagged). I've also found if I go in the morning they are frequently out of what I want.

Love the all-you-can-eat French Toast every year that I get it. Comes with whipped cream, strawberries, and honey butter.

Love to go and get breakfast here. Love the French Toast. Syrup is to die for, love the berries and whipped cream that comes with it absolutely delicious. Love the take out on a Saturday, my way of cooking breakfast for my wife.

Small bakery selling soups, sandwiches, and salads. Excellent food, fresh ingredients and fresh bread. Wasn't a long wait for food. Friendly staff.

Ordered online in hopes to make it a quick lunch trip for me & kiddos, but once you try & pick up in the drive through, it's a 30 minute wait... & your food ends up being cold.

Takes FOREVER to get your food, even through the drive through. Ordered their fresh squeezed OJ and was given “Simply Orange” brand OJ for their expensive price, as if they squeezed it themselves. After a long wait, the ham/egg/cheese croissants were soggy.

Do better. You guys are expensive to say the least and your food should match that price tag!

They have been steadily raising their prices for quite some time now, but this is ridiculous. We ordered two smoothies and one cookie, and it was nearly $24???? Because the smoothies we ordered 'weren't on the menu yet', which meant they can scam people and charge 10 dollars for a Single. Smoothie.
Not worth it anymore.
