This is consistently one of the worst Little Caesars locations I have ever visited in my life. Poorly managed and operated. There is always at least a thirty minute wait for the advertised Hot and Ready pizzas and they are the lowest quality of any other Little Caesars locations I have ever visited. Today I got two pizzas and one was cold and hard as a rock and the other was cold and otherwise generally decent. Not sure what happens in the back, but it shouldnt be so hard to mass produce cheap pizzas.

The employees are miserable. The two girls working tonight were on their phone, and angry. Then I witnessed the girl in the back sprinkle parmesan cheese on crazy bread by grabbing it with her fist. Like, no gloves. Just a fist full of Parmesan. Her hands looked dirty too. I was too nice to say anything but I had to throw it out. OWNERS NEED TO DO SOMETHING.

Pizza wasn't over cooked made just right i very good experience!!

Kid-friendliness: Probably kid friendly though i think this place is solely a pickup place so you just pick up your food and go not somewhere where you want to sit with your children.

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there was a nice dip in the sidewalk before you get to the door. So yeah, I think it would be wheelchair accessible

I have never had ruder people take my order. Lady was taking my order was Mumbling and when I asked her what she said she was super rude and then she told me to pull forward and they never brought out my pizza. I waited 20 minutes then I had to go and get my pizza. She pulled out pizza right when I walked through the door handed it to me And she didn’t even say anything. There was a lady that had her baby on why she was in the back. Which is totally unsafe for the baby and unsanitary considering that you’re making peoples food.Just altogether terrible experience don’t plan on going back.

Daniel is probably the best person we have ever encountered at a little Caesar’s! This man deserves a raise and whatever else he wants!

Waited inside for over 20 minutes for our order, said we were waiting on pepperoni puffs, but when we got them they were ice cold.

Even ordering ahead with the app, it took staff 40 additional minutes past promised completion time to fulfill my order. Communication about when food would be ready was poor and they had me hold up the drive thru line for 20 minutes before asking me to park nearby.

I went in and paid ends just tapped my visa. It's automatically given tip without my authorization. I might be a little bit old school. But I only tip when I sit down at restaurants. I was very disappointed that they are automatically adding tips.

I ordered online and was told time to pick up was 15 minutes. I arrived at the 15 min mark and went inside to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. THIRTY minutes later, my order was ready. I took it out to the car and opened the pizza just to be sure, and it was wrong. It had no toppings - just a cheese pizza and I ordered pepperoni. . I took it back in and instead of giving me one just out of the oven (I knew there were some because I watched them come out of the oven) they put me back at the end of the line and I waited another 15 minutes.

While I was standing there for 45 minutes, it was obvious the place was total chaos. Yes, it was busy, but there were 5 different piles of pizza and nobody knew what pile was what. That meant every time an order was completed, each box was opened to see what kind of pizza it was, which definitely made the pizza cool down faster. None of the piles were under or on warming areas, even the "hot and ready" piles were just on the counter, cooling down. Nobody knew what each other was doing. The only person working hard and fast was the guy taking the pizzas out of the oven, it was non-stop and he was fast!

The reason that people order pizza is because they are looking for an easy dinner. Well, this little Caesars is not where you should go for an easy experience. We even ordered on the app to streamline our time, so we wouldn’t have to wait in line to order, or wait in the drive through line.

We arrived a few minutes earlier than our arrival time, 6:07, the pickup window was 6:11-6:16. Well 6:16 comes and goes. We’re standing in the lobby waiting, and we wait and wait and wait for our order to be loaded into the pizza portal. By 6:36 not a single employee has acknowledged us, while about 15 other people have walked in and out with their pizza. Finally we asked the employee what was taking so long for our order. Unapologetically they told us they were waiting on our cheese bread, and they referred to the rest of our order which had been sitting on the counter since we arrived. Not in a heater, just sitting on the counter getting cold. So that was awesome.

At 6:55 we received our pizza and cheese bread, all of it stone cold. Including the cheese bread that we were waiting for. The cheese was melted so it had clearly been cooked at one point, but it was cold. So we had to come home and re-bake our pizza so it was warm!

The whole time we did not receive an apology or a simple acknowledgment from a single employee. In fact, a guy who claimed he worked there walked behind the counter, grabbed two pizzas and left. It was incredibly infuriating. I have already contacted customer support in request for a refund, and based on the multitude of poor reviews, it looks like this location should simply be avoided. We will not be returning.
