I've not had an issue with this location till last night. I ordered mac salad and katsu chicken. Got 3 lovely scoops of rice so instead and with it being late the store only gave me the option of going back to get their mistake corrected which was a pass. If this can't get corrected on Monday when they open in some way I will just call corporate and have them assist me.

The food is absolutely delicious and flavorful. I especially love their Kalua Pig. The prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for. And the man who was serving us was super polite and gave us generous portions. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out.

Used to be such a good restaurant that’s ruined by poor customer service, nickel and diming every little chance they get, and got the simple order wrong.
Didn't use white chicken breast on the Katsu chicken. They used brown thighs. And it was dry and nasty. Don't waste your time and money on the nasty crap.
I was going to feed it to my dog. The dog packe it's bags and left.
