Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food

I wanted to check out this place because of the hype. Unfortunately, the meat was dry. The customer service person charged me 51. I looked at him crazy. It was for everything. He didn't asked together or separate. I probably won't return.

I don't recommend Mo' Bettahs especially if attending the restaurant with a group. When we got to Mo Bettahs, looked at the menu and waited at least 20 Minutes before anyone working acknowledged that they were there. There are not great sauce options, everything there is spicy or fried except for the rice and Mac Salad. Bad Service. Hawaiian Bros is way better. If you're looking for a place to go out and eat at - I don't recommend this restaurant in Shawnee, Kansas. Highly Disappointed with the service, unfriendliness of staff and the absurd disrespect of the staff and Employees.

Absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order from this restaurant, and when my employee arrived to pick it up, they were met with one of the most blatantly racist remarks I’ve ever heard associated with a business: “We don’t give extra sauce to Mexicans.” Let that sink in. A staff member felt it was okay to say that—to someone simply doing their job. This wasn’t a misunderstanding, and it wasn’t a joke. It was a direct and disgusting display of prejudice. What made things even worse? When the issue was brought to the attention of both the general manager and the district manager, their responses were completely dismissive. No accountability, no ownership—just a shrug and an attitude that made it clear they didn’t think this behavior was a problem. That not only escalated the situation—it added insult to injury. This kind of leadership failure speaks volumes about the culture this business tolerates. And if that’s how they respond when someone calls out racism, I can only imagine what goes unchecked behind closed doors. I expect this to be addressed immediately. My employee deserves a direct and sincere apology. I also expect the business to take real steps to correct this behavior—starting from the top down. Frankly, some kind of gesture to show that you understand how serious this is wouldn't be out of line. This isn’t about getting free food—it’s about basic human decency, respect, and righting a wrong. But if you think a tangible show of goodwill might begin to repair the damage, now’s the time. Until then, I’ll be sharing this experience widely to ensure others are aware of exactly how this business chooses to operate. April 3 2025 Las Vegas the pork was out of this world and the chicken was fabulous too I now have a Hawaiian food place I I recommend everyone to try it it is really good and normally I don't like pork but this pork was cooked perfectly it was so good I'm probably going to dream about it tonight I may be there first thing tomorrow morning to get some more thank you

Mo Bettah’s service and the staff at the Saratoga location never disappoints. This is my go-to place for a quick hardy meal.

Parking: A little tight, but plenty of spots in an open lot.

Let me tell you, Logan was the GUY! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT MAN?
He made sure I got sauce I needed, and addressed me right away asking what I needed help with. Give that man a raise ? best worker in there?

I made a delivery order and had a preference that I called in to this store to request. I was a bit timid to call and ask knowing that this request could throw off the flow of things at the business, and why should they give my order any special attention? I wouldn't have been surprised if the employee on the phone gave a big sigh when I asked. Much to my amazement, Row answered the phone, heard my request and got right to work! "Bro, what order is that!? I need Josh's order now!" she began to jokingly ask her associates. She found my order, gave the instructions, and made sure I was 100% satisfied. She could have said 'sorry, we don't take special request' but she didn't and that made all the difference! I really appreciate Row and team being willing to allow for this interruption and help make my hard day a bit better!

I went in 10 minutes before closing. Employees had food on the grill but said it was for other orders. One employee said they could cook more but then was corrected by another employees ago said they couldn’t do that. They only had the breaded chicken which I’ve never had so I asked if I could sample it to know if I wanted to buy it. I was told no. I think the employees need a little training.

I've been going to the Lehi location for many years. It's a go-to and always delicious. Just went through the Saratoga drive through. Portion sizes on the meat were absolutely ridiculous. Jipped, to say the least. The rice is over cooked and mushy. I don't know what's going on here, but this is the worst Mo Bettah's experience I've ever had.
