Ordered on the app and drove 20 minutes to pick food up, got home and realized they only gave me half my order for 12 people. So I had to order pizza. When I called them they said I could come back and pick up the rest of my order. Highly disappointed in their lack of care and concern, hopefully they don’t prepare their food with the same lack of care for customers.

Completely messed up my order, I drove home and I’m missing my side, I got 2 things of rice instead of veggies and I asked for no cabbage and got cabbage. Really annoying having to drive back when you’re in a rush.

I’m so sad. Brought our meal home and opened it to find our meal didn’t even have a half a scoop of rice.literally looks like they were running out and instead of replacing the rice they just gave whatever was left. The Katsu chicken was overcooked and gummy. This placed used to be a fav of ours. So as to see it go downhill.

Food was incredible, service was quick, I got exactly what I wanted. My wife and I loved the new vegetables. 10/10 would recommend. Might try the steak next time

Food is hit and miss if the chicken in overcooked, if they have enough, or if the steak is cooked enough. I love the food but it's not always the best consistently.

By far the best authentic Polynesian food in town. As first timers we had the help from the young staffers there. My hubby ordered the “big daddy” plate while I ordered the mini. Food was so delicious, fresh and tasty. It had all the flavors and trimmings. Chicken was cooked to perfection, the macaroni salad was on point and the rice was delicious as well. Oh let me not forget the bed of cabbage salad that was served under the protein. The portions were great! The atmosphere and ambiance were amazing. This place was super clean. Definitely a 10/10 and planning on returning.

Portions are huge. The food is alright and its a clean fast casual place. Not my favorite, but certainly a strong go to option for lunch.

We are so happy to have this little gem in Saratoga! The chicken is always delicious, the drive through is wicked fast, and the answer to extra sauce is always yes!!

While it's fast, our orders do get messed up on occasion. However, all the options are delicious so we don't mind.
