This is hands-down, the best food truck I’ve ever had. From their Kahlúa pork, to their teriyaki chicken, their Mac salad… it’s all fantastic.

Such good Hawaiian food. Haven't had anything I didn't like. Fried musubi poke bomb is choice. Pele plate is God tier. Spicy Mac, kimchi fried rice, spicy poke, shoyu poke, char siu chicken katsu, teriyaki loco moco. All 10/10 dishes. No, I'm not affiliated with this food truck, but I am raving fan. 🤘

Ate at the food truck at Gallivan. The pele plate was fantastic, especially the chicken.

We catered some food for a celebration for our son. I was unsure in reaching out, not knowing really if it would be possible? I am still in awe of how nice, and prompt, it was working with them! You can’t help but love them! They went above and beyond our expectations with friendly care service. Thank you just doesn’t cut it 🙏 and obviously the food was 100/100!!!!! Never disappoints!! Much love

Natin but Grindz has some grindz, let me tell you cousins....The best in Utah! They embody the spirit of Aloha with their friendly smiles and Aloha spirit. I always look forward to their weekly schedules on social media and make it an effort to support their small business when they are in our neck of the woods...Mahalo NBG!

I tried the Bento box. Spam musubi, noodles, kimchi, poke, rice and one meat.
I ordered the Korean fried chicken. The chicken was crispy and full of flavor. The spam musubi was awesome. It had great flavor.
I really enjoyed the flavor of the noodles as well. The poke seemed a bit over sauced. But it was good. I think the sauce gave it a soggy texture?
The ube mochisadas were damn good! They were crunchy outside and soft chewy inside like a mochi donut.  It was excellent.
The customer service was friendly and it was pretty fast to get food for the four of us.
My CO workers loved it. They had the Mac salad, pork and. Cabbage, Korean fried chicken, teriyaki chicken. Someone commented that the teriyaki they enjoyed more than the Korean..wow. they also really enjoyed the noodles and spam musubi that I let them try from my plate.

Food was unreal. This is by far the beast Hawaiian food in Utah County. Poke was awesome. Fried musubi had the perfect crunch and the ube mochi blew me away.

The best hawaiian food in Utah. And we have some good spots. It is a bit on the expensive side but they make amazing food. Stay true and don't let anyone buy you out. Your food is art. Please dont end up like kokonut island grill.

Was driving to Smiths in lehi when I saw this food truck that said Hawaiian street food on it…

having just moved back from being in Oahu for a while - and was curious if this place Korean fried chicken was anything like Vons chicken back in Oahu.

I was a little jealous they would sound more friendly with the more islander looking customers, hahah. Im hapa man damn lol jk. It’s all good I’m used to it, this isn’t a social gathering, good food though. 🤙

Also a little different as they use chicken breast and thighs, but it’s pretty good nonetheless, I didn’t taste any gochujang but tasted decent. The dude came out and delivered to the car and was nice so there’s that, cashier girl was also nice and friendly. Will come back for more soon hopefully.

I’m born and raised in Hawaii and know my Hawaiian/local food. Beyond impressed with Natin’ but Grindz. I stalk their FB and IG for their weekly schedule. We just had them again for dinner last night: deep fried Spam Musubi, Kalua pork and cabbage, Korean chicken (my absolute FAVORITE), smoke meat and onions and teriyaki chicken. So flavorful and ONO. Always the BEST SERVICE with ALOHA too. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
