Pizza Hut

Ordered delivery hours in advance for later in the day, still waiting for the order to be finished for pickup an hour after it should have already been here. Very disappointed, I would have made other arrangements.

So first off I ordered from the website, for the delivery to be through DoorDash. I ordered around 5 the estimated time was 5:48. I finally got a notification the driver picked up my order and was on their way.
I tried texting the driver to help navigate where I lived and to insure I got my order. They ignored every single text message. So I called them also was ignored every time I called. It’s now 6:40 at around 6 after trying to get ahold of the driver I called the store to find out how to fix the situation.
When I first called I got through to someone explained what happened with the driver she put me on hold saying she was going to connect me to a manager not to hang up.
I waited on hold and the line eventually got cut off.
So I called again. 6 calls later and I still have yet to get ahold on anyone at that store. Not to mention the dasher has YET to bother to respond to any of my phone calls or Text messages. When I get a call answered it’s by their 3rd party and each time I’m transferred I’m eventually hung up on. I’m not only out my food, I’m out my money and time. All I wanted was a refund since I never got what I paid for!

I do not understand how a business is just going to consistently ignore phone calls.

I've ordered from other pizza huts before, but i think i will be switching to deliveries. Not because of speed/quality, it's always good for things my family has ordered through the years. But the problem i have is with the store manager who i've seen get abrasive with customers sometimes. I don't think that's very professional at all. That is why i will switch to delivery. I don't like the atmosphere of the store. Haven't been in it in over a week now. Thought I'd leave a review about it, but the food is good.

the staff have been racist and offensive

Their delivery service might be the worst I've ever experienced. They use DoorDash for all deliveries and they were over an hour and a half late with our order. I've used other locations and had mostly good experiences, but this location continues to find new lows to dig to when it comes to delivering a meal.

I’ve ordered from this location several times without any issues, but my most recent experience was frustrating. Earlier this month, I placed an order that was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I tried reaching out to the DoorDash driver without success, so I called Pizza Hut. They mentioned this situation happens often and said the only way to get my meal that night would be to reorder and pay again, with a promise to refund the first order later. I decided not to reorder and instead requested a refund.

I was told I couldn’t be refunded that night and needed to call back the next morning. When I did, they assured me the refund would be processed within 3-5 days. After waiting a week with no refund, I called again. Initially, they couldn’t find my order, but eventually located it and promised the refund would appear within another 3-5 business days. Since a manager was involved this time, I hoped the issue would finally be resolved, so I placed another order (we love Pizza Hut), which did arrive.

Unfortunately, it has now been three weeks since the original order, and I still haven't received the refund. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. This experience has left a negative impression, and I’ve decided not to order from this location again.

The DEFINITELY did not completely loose my order. DEFINITELY did not make my wait completely awkward because the manager was definitely not totally being the most monotone person ever. And they definitely did not brush me off and help out 2+ costumers before me 😠

Worst pizza experience I’ve ever had!! Ordered pizza that wasn’t delivered. I called numerous times only to only to get disconnected every time. After I finally got through the lady promised to send the order as soon as they could. THREE HOURS LATER STILL NO PIZZA!!! I’ve called again and keep getting disconnected!! On top of all that they charged me twice…..I AM NEVER GOING TO PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!!

We went in to try out a coupon for BOGO cheesy bread carryout only. Turned out to be over $8 even with the coupon. We waited for a while, had to ask a second time for a receipt because the first wasn't itemized, no one was wearing hair nets( including the one worker with an afro), and they ended up putting both orders of cheesesticks in the same box. To top it all off I got terribly sick that night. I am suspicious the cheese or sauce wasn't quite right.

Awesome staff really friendly great to work with, pizza is cooked really well great attention to detail, I hate the online ordering the payment processing is a joke, Ordering inside is the way to go 15 minutes isn't bad at all great service!

Order was cancel with out any reason, the app said it was completed but they said you should got a cancellation email, they did not even say they were sorry, I had to re order in the store and the price was different I had to request a price match.. really bad service
