They forgot my side of cheese bread, then didn't want to refund me. I was offered a "credit" instead. I declined the credit, so they begrudgingly refunded me $10 when I asked for at least $17 for the bread and tip. Never going to this location again.

I ordered my three pizzas online coming to a $60 total. I got a message from DoorDash saying it would be delivered at a 7:58. And it was. Except, it was literally one personal pan pizza for a child size. My daughter answered the door and didn't know that it was the wrong order. When did they get rid of their delivery drivers and start using DoorDash? This is ridiculous. Last time I will be ordering from them. Unfortunately there is a huge theme of one stars reviews happening here. Don't trust these people with your business and your money. This Pizza Hut location and delivery service is broken and sick. Corporate needs to look into this. This is business killing action.

Ordered food on app. It never came, nobody would answer when I called the store. Waited over a hour on the phone, kept getting disconnected after listening to all the automated advertisements. So I guess this place just takes orders but never does anything with the orders? Will update if food ever comes.

Won't answer the phone and delivery driver gave my pizza back to the restaurant without even trying to deliver it.
Honestly when I looked at the reviews after placing my order I almost canceled it.The only issue was the somewhat annoying music in the background and that my order was about 15 minutes behind (although you could argue there weren't enough pepperonis on my pizza). Seemed understaffed for a Friday night

Leaving bad review. This second time I have order issue with this locations, with them using doordash. First time the order was completely wrong. I had to drive to the store to get new pizza made. They nice enough to give me credit for the troubles. This time I called in to use the credit. They still use doordash, but this time DoorDash message says pizza was delivered but I get no food at my door. Called store took my name and number said they have the manager call me when she/he got in. 2-3 hours later no call. Hence me leaving this review. Called DoorDash they tried calling the dasher and they don't pick up. This maybe the last time I user both services. To be honest if I need to go get a pizza myself I rather go to Papa Johns.
