Really good food! The portions were great for the price too.
Half chicken and 2 sides might be able to feed 2 people.
May be a regular spot from now on.
Update: Went here a second time near close and they stilllll gave us everything and let us eat in. The service here is great, I have no idea what these Karens are going on about.

First time at Red Fuego in Saratoga Springs. I had looked at the menu before so I could be familiar
Got there, only part of the menu I had looked at was available. The girl at the counter was no help, no ideas of what was good or popular. Just stared at us until we ordered. I ordered the 1/4 chicken breast with rice and black beans. Most boring meal ever, although the chicken breast was good. My husband's sweet potato fries were good.
NOT a great experience. Horrible service.

I really enjoy the food here—especially the Lomo Saltado and Arroz Chaufa! The Saratoga Springs location usually has someone very kind at the front desk, and I love that they’re open on Sundays. 🙌
That said, the Huancaína Fettuccine wasn’t my favorite. I’ve had better versions elsewhere, and this one didn’t quite capture the true Huancaína flavor.
Overall, still a great spot and one I’d come back to.

First time I’ve tried this kind of food. It’s delicious some of the best chicken I’ve ever tasted and the best rice. I would suggest you come and try their food here.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Peruvian restaurant! The flavors were authentic and full of life, the lomo saltado was perfectly seasoned and the pollo a la brasa was tender and juicy.

It's nice having a place close by that serves Peruvian food. Their pollo Abrazo and lomo saltado have always been consistently good. If you're looking to eat good authentic Peruvian food, I would recommend red Fuego.

They are always such a pain about the rocotto sauce I call ahead because I don’t like the food without it they tell me they have it I drive out there and then turns out they’re all out.
I call specifically to ask why don’t you actually check .
Also it’s very inconsistent some times it’s good but sometimes it’s watered down like crazy runny and barely flavorful.
I paid for my order I don’t even want to eat it without the sauce. Drove 30 minutes spent my money just to be disappointed. the worst

Best and most authentic Peruvian food!👍🏻👍🏻😋😋I wish we have a restaurant like this in St. George!!
Usually a clean place. The food is amazing… when they actually have food. I’d say about 8 times out of 10, they’re out of some staple like chicken or rice. No kidding. Out of rice? Dude, put up the closed sign if you’re out of food!

A big letdown, unfortunately.
I was really excited to try this place since I love Peruvian food and have enjoyed other spots like Viva Chicken before (which happens to be the best Peruvian restaurant ever). Unfortunately, this experience fell short. The food was quite bland and didn’t have the bold, vibrant flavors I was hoping for. The ingredients seemed ok, but overall, the dishes felt like they were missing the care and passion that make Peruvian cuisine so special.
We ordered two family meals with whole chicken, rice, and beans. Everything was very underseasoned, and the sauce didn’t really bring much flavor or excitement to the meal.
A few of us also felt pretty bloated afterward, which was disappointing. Regarding the food, not a good experience. Very frustrating when you spend $100 on dinner.
On the positive side, the service was good and the atmosphere is nice and clean. We appreciated the tidy tables and welcoming space. However, given the higher prices, I was expecting much better quality and a more authentic taste.
Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn’t come here again or recommend it.

I’ve been coming to Red Fuego for a long time, and while it’s still delicious, the portions are shrinking as the prices get higher and higher.. pretty disappointing.

Food is always fresh and has so much flavor to it. Our entire family loves the variety of options they have here and it’s one of our top places to come eat.

If you want Yucas, give it up. I used to have lunch there at least 3 times a week, but EVERY time I asked for yuca and EVERY time they said it was out of stock. The food is good, but if you don't have anything on the menu, don't offer it!

This place is freaking amazing! I think it’s authentic as it can be! The most amazing stir fried steak I had! This was amazing! Must go!
