If you want Yucas, give it up. I used to have lunch there at least 3 times a week, but EVERY time I asked for yuca and EVERY time they said it was out of stock. The food is good, but if you don't have anything on the menu, don't offer it!
This place is freaking amazing! I think it’s authentic as it can be! The most amazing stir fried steak I had! This was amazing! Must go!
They have the friendliest employees and the best food! We had a great date night. 10/10 would recommend
I had a great experience and very satisfied with food and services! I will recommend my colleagues and friends hardly! Thank you
They Did not have Yucca and didn’t have chick legs. Service is slow and chicken was undercooked. Chicken pieces are very small as well.
Amazing food and great atmosphere. Loved it!
Amazing atmosphere delicious food thank you
A very good Peruvian restaurant. It is little smaller than one in Orem which is the place I often go to. But this restaurant is the one that introduced me to their Arroz Chaufa. It definitely a very good choice if you desire.
El pollo está rojo siempre, y hay que pagar por las salsa
Friendly, great prices, and amazing food. Thanks Dain

Don't bother with this Red Fuego. Go to Peru 51 in Orem. It is worth the price and way more food, and they like you there.
I go to the Orem and Provo Red Fuegos almost religiously and I have never had a bad portion size there. I usually share with my wife, and we have leftovers. We got the exact same thing here and had to get more food somewhere else after because I swear they were using quail or pheasant or something. Since growing their chain Red Fuego lost its heart. Go to Peru 51.

Came in on Friday at 7pm. The dining area was mostly empty. Half the menu was "out." They had decent music playing in the dining area. Dinner for 3 was just under $60. My biggest complaint is that it took just over 30 minutes for our food to be served. (When we ordered they said it would be about 18 minutes.) Not sure why it took so long, but once we got our food it was very good.

Peruvian food! Loved this!
I was so excited to see this as an option for lunch with my sister. I live out of town, but we have already told the family it's a must.
There is something special about the seasonings used on their chicken... it's to die for, and I could eat it every day if given the option.
Several food options for everyone, as well as different sides to choose from.
I had black beans and rice. Beans were flavorful, not dull like some places you go. Rice was cooked perfectly and the have you just the right amount.
My sister chose sweet potato fries as her side, they were perfectly seasoned and delicious.
I chose Pollo a la Brasa and my sister chose the vegan bowl.
Quaint little place... bright and welcoming. Looking forward to my next visit to town!!
