I’ve never waited 40 - 50 minutes for a coffee. Waited in my car with no escape from the drive thru lane. Horrible experience and this puts the icing on the cake for Utah customer service. The girl had her hands on her head and looked like she was having a panic attack meanwhile the bigger guy was beating to his own drum. Sat at the window for almost 15 minutes before even being greeted. Insane. Glad we have about 10 other coffee options to choose from in the future. Don’t waste your time. Starbucks leadership need to be boots on the ground and properly train and staff instead of letting these folks drown.

I have yet to have a great experience at this location and would rather drive to Lehi where the staff is more welcoming, the drinks are made correctly and quickly. I know the holidays are stressful and busy but kindness can go a long way.

This location always makes my drinks wrong, yesterday my hubby ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso no cinnamon, because I’m allergic and they of course put cinnamon on it. Not the first time, getting tired of it.
Everyone who works here is very friendly and inviting. Atmosphere appearance could be more inviting though.

I don’t even think I have to explain with the photo. $7 + and 3 sips later. I shouldn’t have to ask for “light ice” just to not get ripped off lol. I’m not asking for no ice, simply asking for a normal amount for the cup!

This location isn’t the best. I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and it was cold, only filled up 3/4 of the way and was watered down. The cashier kept repeating my order wrong back to. For $5 at least fill it up all the way. My mom’s drink was also only filled up 3/4 of the way as well. Not sure what employee thought it was ok giving a customer only part of their drink. 🙄
