Came here at 8:30 pm just for the door to be locked and the drive-thru to say they are closed. The hours are posted on the door: 9 am - 9 pm. I understand how annoying it is when people show up within the last hour of closing, but it’s pretty ridiculous to lock the doors that early, not to mention a great way to lose money and business.

Over the many times I have come to this location, They have constantly messed up my order. They are always out of flatbread. They Always have bad customer service.

Came in on a Sunday at 1900 two hours before close. Upon entering I was mean mugged by am employee taking a break in the lobby. After staring back at him another employee came up to take my order, he put on gloves and grabbed my bread choice. He then stopped and began operating the computer which spat out a reciept. He attempted to throw the reciept on the food prep counter but missed and landed on the floor. He then picked up the reciept from the floor and placed it on the prep counter. Then, while wearing the same gloves, attempted to make my order. Thankfully, they were out of my meat choice so I saved myself a food borne illness.

“I’ll have the spicy Italian”

“Uh no, pepper jack”

Went through the drive thru and the worker was incredibly rude and snappy. He was an older man and treated us like it was our fault that we wanted some sandwiches.
The food turned out ok but, it didn’t make up for how we were treated.

Employees don’t change there gloves when building a new sandwich… customer service was actually terrible feels like your talking to depressed teenagers, ZERO pride in there work the sandwich look terrible, your employees just flop ingredients onto the sandwich, overall this is a terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone

Changed the cookies-WHY??

I have been a loyal Subway customer for decades. This location must have had a franchise owner change, this is based on another location (owner) in West Jordan tell me this.

The cookies have been something my family has enjoyed and opted for over chips for many years. Saratoga recently changed its cookie source and the cookies are now subpar and a disappointing experience-hardly any chips in the chocolate chip and the oatmeal raisin, which was my favorite cookie in the world-almost made me cry with disappointment upon opening my take out order.

One day I was ordering at the West Jordan location and noticed the cookies looked how SS location and others have always looked, I commented on it to the owner. And she said that they WJ are still using the same cookie source and that SS must have decided to change theirs, but WHY?

7/17/24 wow…the kid working there must have been high on something. Wouldn’t answer the phone, wouldn’t take my order through the drive through or the window. I saw another care go before me and have the same problem. I told him he was losing customers cause he wasn’t talking to anyone in the drive through and he said “yeah, I didn’t realize I didn’t have a headset on, you can come in or pull back around” so I did, and he still wouldn’t take my order haha. So I drove off. Really frustrating.
