They made my sandwich with out anything but turkey on it. My dad brought it home and I discovered this. I drove to the store to have them add on what they forgot to put on in the first place. They refused to fix my sandwich or offer replacement. Staff was rude. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I won't be back.f.

Just placed a drive thru order. Had asked for turkey breast. At some point while the employee was prepping the sandwich, he asked “what do you want on the chicken breast?” I said “Turkey breast, is that a turkey breast?” And he said YES!! Guess what? I get home and it’s a chicken breast sandwich. He lied and didn’t even care. Could have admitted he made a mistake, big deal, I get it, it happens. But he decided it was best I get home and realize he screwed up my order. I’m sorry you hate your job and suck at it

We were ordering sandwiches, and the young man who was making them burped in front of us. He wasn't wearing a mask and also had the flu. It was very unpleasant.

They were closed at 8:54 even though their hours are until 9pm on Sunday. The “open drive thru” light is still on as well.
This location is pretty bad and they got my order switched with someone else's
If you have a choice, go to the subway inside walmart. It is better

Was just trying to grab a quick bite after grabbing groceries. Sat in the drive thru for way too long with not a word from the workers. Just close this location honestly after reading the previous reviews lmao.
Do not go here. The food is always trash. They are always running some kind of scam here. I just bought a footlong and when I got there to pick it up they were out. They substituted for a cheaper sandwich, fine. But then the sandwich wasn't made right and now I have to go eat somewhere else. For 10-15 dollars for a sandwich I expect that sandwich to be edible. Every time I eat here I am done eating at subway forever. This time I'm done for real. Subway you'll never get another penny from me.

Why is this place even open? Every single worker there has horrible attitudes and they scough at me whenever I order more than a single sub. I've ordered there a few times over the past two weeks and half the time they either skimp on some ingredients or put way too much of another on my sub, my most recent order today for example, it's almost entirely spinach and olives. Some of my past orders have been entirely wrong on so many levels, I don't know if they even read my order. Another note that pisses me off, I personally love subway Tuna, but for whatever reason they're always out? They told me they only have food ordered on Wednesday and unless I order my sub specifically on Thursday or Friday, they're always out.

Ordered online because I am at primary children's with my sick son and I asked for my sandwich to be toasted. Paid for extra meat and avocado and my sandwich did not have either on it. Very little meat and 0 avocado. Very disappointed 😔

Came here at 8:30 pm just for the door to be locked and the drive-thru to say they are closed. The hours are posted on the door: 9 am - 9 pm. I understand how annoying it is when people show up within the last hour of closing, but it’s pretty ridiculous to lock the doors that early, not to mention a great way to lose money and business.

Over the many times I have come to this location, They have constantly messed up my order. They are always out of flatbread. They Always have bad customer service.

Came in on a Sunday at 1900 two hours before close. Upon entering I was mean mugged by am employee taking a break in the lobby. After staring back at him another employee came up to take my order, he put on gloves and grabbed my bread choice. He then stopped and began operating the computer which spat out a reciept. He attempted to throw the reciept on the food prep counter but missed and landed on the floor. He then picked up the reciept from the floor and placed it on the prep counter. Then, while wearing the same gloves, attempted to make my order. Thankfully, they were out of my meat choice so I saved myself a food borne illness.

The person running the drive through would try to tell me what I wanted instead of asking what I wanted

Conversation followed the same pattern on the veggies too
Workers are rude and impatient. Super unfriendly environment.
