This location is awful. It takes 20 minutes or more to get our food and their soda fountain is garbage- the flavors taste off. I think the staff is trying their best. It’s a bummer that I love Taco Bell so much!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. I visited with two friends, and we each placed mobile orders for pickup through the drive-thru. Two of us were on one order, and the other person had a separate order. When we got to the window after a 20-minute wait in line, I let the attendant know we had two mobile orders. She told me they can only process one mobile order per car — something I have never been told before, and I’ve picked up multiple orders in one trip at other Taco Bell locations. She didn’t offer any solution other than telling me I’d need to drive back around and wait in line again.
This meant another 20-minute wait for the second order. By the time we finally received both, the food was cold and sloppily made. I understand drive-thru delays happen, but this could have been avoided with better communication and flexibility.
