Mar 2024App failed again. Giving coupons you can’t redeem. Checkout locks up and doesn’t work. Coupon claims it was used even though the order failed.Mar 2024Their app constantly locks up when trying to pay. They got rid of all their good items. They now charge 2.79 for nachos, but for 20 cents more you can get the loaded nachos with guac sour cream and more. Their pricing is messed up. Sorry to Taco Bell turn into a horrible place. I just waited OVER AN HOUR in the drive through and the lobby has hardly anyone in it. So you’re just making the food of people in the drive through and each car takes 10 minutes. Doesn’t make sense.

Really dissatisfied with the fact that they make you place your own order and everyone working ignores the customers. Trying to get help or place an in-person order is nearly impossible.

New review: I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. I pointed out an incorrect price on the menu when they charged me a dollar more than advertised. They thanked me for telling them and said someone would fix it but acted indifferent when I asked them to match the price.1 year ago: Extremely slow service. I got trapped in the drive thru and was late getting back to work on my lunch break. There were only 2 cars in front of me when I got in line and I had 20 minutes till I needed to be back and it is 2 blocks away from where I work, so it wasn’t like my expectations were unreasonable.

Always missing something through the drive thru. Every time without fail these guys screw up.
Looking at other reviews, I guess I shouldn’t really be surprised that I had issues. I placed an online order and they left out $12 worth of food I paid for. Contacted the store and they said because it was an online order, there’s nothing they can do. Contact TB support, and they offered a $5 off reward to make up for it. I don’t see how that solves anything.
Doo doo service, mean girl was meany face to me and my bff and pookie bear and rushed our order so he picked something he didn’t even wanted ? they also missed our baja blast ? so we had to go in reverse and get it and so we decided to get water too but big bro manager said we had to pull allllllllllll the was around the building just to get it only for them to pack it with ice and and only the amount of water as there is saliva already in my mouth and it was just a really hard time so yah 0 star review
Not a good experience. Take absolutely FOREVER and were calling the wrong name for my order so after 45 minutes I finally go ask about it and they seemed to be mad at me even though they were calling for someone named Chad. I was so hungry I ended up just eating my food that had been sitting there for half an hour. Highly recommend driving to the one in Eagle Mountain, it will take less time to drive the extra 20 minutes than to go here.

My FIRST Taco Bell!We don't get Taco Bell in the UK, so this was my first experience and I'm impressed.It's not often you can eat tasty fast food and feel like it might actually have been good for you, with loads of fresh vegetables.I had both tacos and the crunch wrap supreme, I enjoyed both and can definitely understand the reason they're so popular, I just wish we could get them in the UK.Not much atmosphere, but that's not really why you go, is it.I'll be back!Parking: Plenty of free parking on site
