Tapa Sushi

We had an amazing family dinner at Tapa Saratoga! Kate our server took such great care of us. She was very welcoming, attentive and approachable, making sure our experience and food was to our liking. Kate is the reason we would definitely come back.

I love the teriyaki chicken, fried rice and orange chicken. Sooo delicious! I can't tell you much about their sushi because I don't care for sushi in general, except my kids seem to love it. I love that they also offer a lot of chicken dishes. They offer a lot of different meal options.

Best Sushi I’ve had in a bit. The rolls were delicious - great flavor, fresh. The cocktail was perfect & it was such a find. I will be back there for my sushi fix very very soon.

My family loves coming here to eat. Food is always very good! We usually come once a week or every other week. Tonight’s food was very disappointing. Everything we ordered was either overcooked, or the fish was not cured enough. We ordered an appetizer, entree dish, and sushi rolls. It was all off. Hoping it was just tonight.

Bento box was good, and the staff were friendly during pick up. $1 online ordering fee and $1 “bag” fee seems kinda wild to me. Little stuff like that would put me off ordering again.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very cozy. But the best part of our visit was our sweet server, Kate! She was incredibly attentive, extremely friendly, and did a phenomenal job! Our waters were always filled, she was quick to run the food out, and she made sure we had everything we needed! Will definitely be back!

This restaurant and staff are very uneducated on what “Gluten Free” means. The waitress was nice and friendly, but didn’t take food allergies seriously after asking and informing her multiple times about it. The chefs making sushi (right in front of us) were either uninformed or just didn’t care but they took zero precautions to not cross contaminate the food. On top of all of that, when the food came out, the fish was not fresh and tasted like it was sitting out all day. Not returning.

Dietary restrictions: Do not go if you have any food allergies, the staff and chefs will not give you the right information or take any precautions when preparing the food.

The food is amazing! And the price is much better than some of the other big name sushi restaurants around the valley.

Recommend the Ramen, Volcano, Funky, Playboy and Tropicana.
