Ordered online, but to the wrong location. I ordered from Saratoga Springs when I meant to order from Pleasant Grove. The only way to cancel an order is to call them. I called immediately after placing the order and waited on hold, no one answered. I called three times (12:20, 1:37 and 3:43) and waited for over 20 minutes each time I called, with a message stating my call would be answered in the order it was received.I want a refund on my order (#21 on 4/25/24), including my birthday reward!!

This place used to be the best. Now they only care about getting orders out the door.The best part was the cheese the melted to the tortilla. I can go anywhere to get plain shells.

I ordered a Gringo and a Fleeing Californian.They were both made with obviously high-quality meat. The Californian has corn in it, so it was less favorite. The Gringo was awesome and I kept making happy noises while eating it.My only complaint is the size-to-price ratio. The tacos are each about half as big as a Beto's burrito but cost the same amount. All in all, I'd say a good flavor for the occasional splurge, but sticking with Beto's is a safe bet.
I come in at least once a week especially on a Friday because they have their exclusive burnt end tacos only on said day and it never disappoints, I also crave their bang shrimp tacos with a side of ranch. The tacos are good, the churro fries are yummy and they have a monthly taco special every month to try a new flavor. Reward points are nice and easy. Fair price.

I had these tacos catered at a party and loved them. But this location was just ok. The cheese tasted weird, and I felt like there was very little protein in the tacos.
