I’ve been to this specific Twisted Sugar location multiple times! Cookies are always consistent & delicious 😋

Love their cookies

Used to love Twisted Sugar, the last couple visits have been awful. Ordered 3 drinks last time and all three had no ice and were missing ingredients. Soda was flat. Waste of $20.

I love this place. Cookies are delicious, sodas are great and the kids who work here are always kind and professional. I've always had a great experience here and as a mom of young kids, I love that they have a drive thru that moves decently fast.

The best!! The ladies are so nice and gave my little girl a free cookie. She was soooo excited!! Best place for drinks too.

I feel like soda shops are everywhere but what makes Twisted Sugar the best is their COOKIES. Just wow. 🤩 This is my go to place for gluten free cookies and they never disappoint.
Also of note, the staff are exceptional. There was a problem with an order, and the manager called me immediately instead of just canceling the order like some places do. There was a glitch in the system and some items weren’t available. I appreciated the call and was able to get things figured out quickly.

Been going here for years. Changed their 'system' now it sucks! Won't be going here anymore. Too bad, I was a VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER.

This has to be the 4th or 5th time (in a row) that we’ve gone and they “can’t accept give cards right now”….at a certain point you’ve got to assume they’re selling gift cards they don’t intend on ever redeeming….not sure if this is theft or tomfoolery. Not sure which is worse…

I don’t write a lot of reviews but I was so disappointed by this location, I had to share. We frequent the Cottonwood Heights location and it is AMAZING. This one disappointed in about every way. The girl that took our order was nice and that’s about the only good thing. We were missing a cookie (our 6 year old had a breakdown about this, we couldn’t go back due to time constraints). The cookies we did receive were dry and practically inedible. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies tasted like they had too much baking soda in them or something they were disgusting. I got a “madster” soda that tasted like soda water with. tiny bit of flavoring. My husbands “berry mai tai” was fine. Maybe this was a bad day for them or something but we will stick to our Cottonwood Heights location, they have never done us wrong.

Loved the Zuko drink. But when coworker ordered drinks and cookies for delivery, we were not happy with the service that Twisted Sugar provided! They forgot one drink and deleted a cookie from the order. When we called to report issue the employee said “that they had not yet frosted the cookies for the day, so they took it off. I don’t think it would that hard to frost one cookie. Employees only solution for their error was to refund money. We had to send another other to get the missing drink and cookie and pay delivery fee. Super disappointed in how Twisted Sugar handled the customer care. ????
