Twisted Sugar

Awful service. Walked in and waited and the employees did not even bother to greet of at least say hi.

The service was fantastic and the cookies and drinks we bought were over the top delicious. We will definitely be back.

Basically I don't go a day without hitting up the Saratoga twisted! The owner is awesome. I've actually tried the sodas without any add-ins at all the drink places and twisted wins for best taste hands down. The staff is always friendly, drinks are delicious, and the cookies are just the bonus you didn't know you needed!

If you're trying to pick a cookie, the swizzle sugar is the best. My other personal favorite is a secret... Oatmeal chocolate chip with Nutella on top.

Bought two cookies today. The Swizzle Sugar, my wife’s favorite, and it was very good, and a Chocolate Chip which was also very good with one small exception…Hardly any chocolate! You should call that a sugar cookie that may or may not have a piece of chocolate hidden inside. Very disappointed. Go to Costco or Seven Brothers for a chocolate chip cookie. You’ll be happier.

Love their cookies

Used to love Twisted Sugar, the last couple visits have been awful. Ordered 3 drinks last time and all three had no ice and were missing ingredients. Soda was flat. Waste of $20.

I love this place. Cookies are delicious, sodas are great and the kids who work here are always kind and professional. I've always had a great experience here and as a mom of young kids, I love that they have a drive thru that moves decently fast.

The best!! The ladies are so nice and gave my little girl a free cookie. She was soooo excited!! Best place for drinks too.

Exercise

I feel like soda shops are everywhere but what makes Twisted Sugar the best is their COOKIES. Just wow. 🤩 This is my go to place for gluten free cookies and they never disappoint.
Also of note, the staff are exceptional. There was a problem with an order, and the manager called me immediately instead of just canceling the order like some places do. There was a glitch in the system and some items weren’t available. I appreciated the call and was able to get things figured out quickly.

This has to be the 4th or 5th time (in a row) that we’ve gone and they “can’t accept give cards right now”….at a certain point you’ve got to assume they’re selling gift cards they don’t intend on ever redeeming….not sure if this is theft or tomfoolery. Not sure which is worse…
