Loved the Zuko drink. But when coworker ordered drinks and cookies for delivery, we were not happy with the service that Twisted Sugar provided! They forgot one drink and deleted a cookie from the order. When we called to report issue the employee said “that they had not yet frosted the cookies for the day, so they took it off. I don’t think it would that hard to frost one cookie. Employees only solution for their error was to refund money. We had to send another other to get the missing drink and cookie and pay delivery fee. Super disappointed in how Twisted Sugar handled the customer care. ????

I got two of the smoothie drinks and they both had a gross sour milk flavor to them, the girl taking out order was nice but when the drinks were handed to me another girl was there and she wasn't very nice. That being said the cookies are very good .

Walked into twisted sugar today there was a sign saying ring the bell for service so I did. Waited about 5 or so minutes and no one came to help. It did not smell great inside, lights were broken, didn’t feel comfortable waiting more than I did. Love the cookies but couldn’t buy any.

Just went to get some drinks at first the girl super blonde hair was decent ,I explained to her with my card you have to insert the chip 3 times and swipe it cause the chip doesn’t work for some reason she got an attitude and was like it has to use the chip if it has a chip so I again explained you have to run the card 3 times and then swipe it she does after huffing and puffing and it worked then she hands the card back says will be right out and slams the window. She should really work on her customer service I’ll go else where moving forward bad customer service is just not the way to keep customers! Drink barely had any ice and poor flavor very unsatisfied

This is one of the very few places that does gluten free safely and I am so grateful to have found it! You can get any sugar cookie flavor they have GF. I got caramel and cotton candy and they were so good. Definitely coming back for a treat soon.

Atmosphere is kind of a non starrable thing- I'm not sure if I've ever been able to go inside. But this might be my favorite of the soda/cookie shops. They have great drinks, delightful cookies, and they are usually crazy fast. Highly recommend for your sweet tooth needs.
