this is by far the worst managed wendys i have visited, they consistently mess up orders EVERY time, i started exclusively going to eagle mountain because no one at this location is competent i have worked plenty of fast food and i know it’s really not this hard to get one thing right, they need to make some serious changes

Terrible. They've messed up our order multiple times. This last time we ordered a 10 peice nugget combo with an additional 6 peice nugget. We got no fries and one 6 peice spicy nugget.... it was also cold. Get dinner anywhere else.

I have placed mobile orders multiple times and they never get it right. They were not busy today and they got our order wrong and it took them forever to get us our food. When we got our food it was cold and hard. It is very frustrating to go and spend money to constantly have them not get it right. I would avoid this Wendy’s at all cost.

The staff member taking our order was practically yelling through the drive thru speaker. We asked about their largest count for nuggets and the price. It took, I swear, two minutes for him to comprehend what we asked; he kept asking spicy or regular 😑 Either way, it is the same price!
After much frustration, we ordered a Son of the Baconator, a medium Krabby Patty Meal, a 10-piece chicken nugget, and a chocolate Frosty.
Pulling up to the window, we thought the horror was over. Nope! They have us straws for the Pineapple Frosty, had to ask for a spoon. They tried to give us a Cola Frosty, a vanilla Frosty, and a soda before finally handing us the chocolate Frosty we requested; each was a different size 🤔 Again, we had to ask for a spoon!
The staff could not, for the life of them, get the order right without their team leader's help.
We double checked to make sure we got all our food. As we left, we heard everyone, kid you not, including a young white boy, start speaking Spanish. English is clearly a second language here 🙄

They are always so rude, I asked for a bacon burger with no tomato and I got a chicken burger with tomato?? Never coming here again. Save your self from going here.
Been to this location a couple times. Today it was BOGO Asiago Chicken Club. Great sandwich. Fries today were good. Hot and properly salted. That's usually my hit and miss at Wendy's. Baby complain. Enjoyed the lunch. I also liked the Dave's Red Cream Soda ... Though the entire country could do without food coloring (for me I can taste the bitterness). I'm not a conspiracy guy, I just find food coloring completely unnecessary.

Order breakfast through drive thru and gas given half my order and the order that was done during the transition to lunch was rubbery and a waste of extra wait time just wasted a total of $30 at this establishment. Would give a 2nd chance but now just making my own breakfast your this establishments short comings of the breakfast I tried to pay for.

I ordered a tasty chicken sandwich combo #4 from Wendy's and ate in the restaurant. I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars for service because there was no one ready to take my order when I walked in. It was a few minutes before I was able to give my order. However, my food was fresh and ready in a short time. I really like the self-serve freestyle soda machine that allows you to choose from lots of drink options and mix your choice of pop to your liking. This Wendy's was focused on the drive in customers but kept someone on the register after I ordered because there were 2 groups of people coming in behind me. Still I had good service and a great meal.
