Normally I try to be nice when it comes to fast food, but this Wendys is lacking. Very slow service, doesn't know how to use a coupon, and no enthusiasm or friendliness. Very few customers yet long wait times. Also there prices have been climbing. Nice and clean though.

Went to drive thru tonight. Tried to order got snapped by employee on drive thru. She seemed irritated that we showed up and tried rushing us. We just left. Won't be returning to this location going to the one in eagle mountain for better service. 10:02pm 8/26

Wow the older lady working the drive through was close to the rudest ive ever experienced in a drive through. And that's saying something since I drive Uber Eats. She had tattoos, eye piercing, grey hair. Super super impatient. Treated me like crap. Didn't let me finish ordering and just assumed I wanted a large drink (which I didnt). I didmt even finish ordering because I was soo rushed. Ill be sure to avoid here late nights for a bit

I visited this location today around 10 pm. They gave me my order but they didn’t give me my large drink, closed the window and turned their back. I decided to go home without my drink and don’t get stressed because of it.

The first thing I noticed is that the store didn't have any customers when I walked in. Weird, but kinda nice. Then I ordered 2 English muffin sandwiches and a chicken sandwich for a dollar. They gave me 2 chicken and one English muffin. Since the English muffin is 4 dollars and the chicken is a dollar, I wasn't gonna let it slide. They ended up letting me keep the 3 sandwiches and they gave me the English muffin sandwich too. They made a mistake but they made it right and I walked away with free food. Also I used the app to get 2 dollars off of one of the English muffins. I am very happy with the experience. The employees were also really nice. I am definitely going back.

They are slow to take your order and I have been constantly let down by the quality of the food, even compared to other Wendy's. I understand it's fast food but that doesn't mean you get to hand out less than advertised. I got 2 half pieces of bacon on my Junior Bacon Cheese Burger and it's not the first time they've skimped on the lettuce or bacon, intentionally or not. I try not to be negative about fast food quality. I understand how stressful the job can be when it's busy but that doesn't mean it's okay for the bit of quality to slip away.
The McDonald's across the street is better🙏🏿😭
