Best experience at a Wendy's I can remember. Staff was very upbeat and friendly. Like In-N-Out or Chick-fil-A employees tend to be. Must be owned and managed by someone who actually knows what they are doing. Maybe I just got lucky at the time I was there with my sister, but we both noticed the quality was markedly better than most Wendy's. Great job!

Ordered a chocolate frosty was given attitude for no reason at the speaker was told to pull up to the window and only then told they donât have any chocolate and was pressured into accepting a vanilla one instead which they didnât even fill up all the way in the cup last time this happened I was compensated by the putting one of the syrups into the frosty since they did not have the flavor I ordered I was going to ask if they could at least do that and before I could even get the words out she says âno noâ and then closes the window I literally only was able to say âcould youâ and instantly she said ânoâ she didnât even get to hear what I was about to ask this Wendyâs has already disappointed so much so many other times the same way others have too but your telling me you canât even properly make a frosty? Or have the customer service of a 15 year old? Wendyâs always hires rude and disrespectful staff who half the time donât even speak English next time Iâll make sure the Wendyâs has at least 3 stars before I spend my money there lmao. The specific lady who caused this was the Hispanic lady working at 9pm on Wednesday December 3rd she was an little bit older lady.

We ordered two chocolate frosties from this Wendyâs, the lady in the drivethru was super rude and unprofessional. They didnât even have chocolate frosties and only offered vanilla. The same thing happened at a different Wendyâs and they gave us chocolate syrup instead but the employee refused. They didnât even fill up the frosty cup all of the way, it was half empty. The employee was an old lady working at 9 pm Dec 3rd. She had whiteish or grey hair, at the drivethru window. If management cared at all about their customers they would report her. We wasted our time and money on horrible service and bland frosties. Donât go here, donât waste your money, Iâm never going here again
