Terrible customer service called because we ordered as a delivery said it was a pick up and was not nice about it terrible service terrible location! Don’t go here.

Whoever was at the register 9/5 at 4pm - WOW THANK YOU! He was so kind, so good at keeping me updated on the status of my order and so genuinely friendly! Amazing customer service. Food was 10/10 as always

Wingstop changed the fries to frozen 🤮. Nasty texture and look. They lost my family as customers.
Tried a Wingstop chicken sandwich for the first time and got an entirely raw piece of chicken patty inside. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic..!!!
Shorted us at least 10 wings. Email them and the box was full. Tried again and they offered me French fries. It we ordered fries in the order they shorted us. Each basket had like 10 fries. I want my 10 wings back. Dud!
Prioritize online and door dash orders over walk in counter orders. Literally said the wait for food is 35 minutes but wouldn’t be able to even take our order for 10 minutes because they were slammed with online orders. Should be a take out only business in if that’s how they are going to operate and treat customers.

Their customer service is top-notch. They're really friendly when taking your order, and when something went wrong they were quick to respond and made everything right. Thanks James! The food is alright, but it's a fast food place you're not gonna get any better. 10/10, would recommend.

Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation. I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me. I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude. Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.
for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour. I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.
This was probably the best wingstop that I've been to with the customer service! Logan was amazing! I'll definitely recommend this place and come back!

The store was clean and the food was hot, can't get enough of this ranch. Logan was so friendly and answered the multiple questions I had even while busy. His customer service will definitely be bringing me and my friends back!
