Honestly, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that. I’ve been waiting almost an hour (59 minutes exactly) for a very simple order: 4 Baconators and 6 pieces of nuggets. Service like this is unacceptable and far below what one would expect from a fast-food place.

Pretty sad whenever you order your food on a kiosk and customize it to the way you want it & they still mess up your food! I order a double cheeseburger with ketchup only & they still messed it up and put everything on it! This is a common problem I have with Wendy's they don't seem to be able to get your order correct no matter whether you order it through the kiosk or at the counter. This is ridiculous that they can't seem to follow simple instructions on the order!

This was a great Wendy’s. Normally Wendy’s employees are rude and don't care about much but these people were extremely nice. The older gentleman in the drive through was sweet and gave us a lot of sauces. The food took awhile but how they handled it was still nice. We missed a jr bacon cheeseburger in our bag but when we asked for it the other guy quickly went and got us one. We asked to pay multiple times and he said were all good. This was a great Wendy’s and honestly one of my favorites. Also the takis meal was extremely good.
