The kitchen was visible and clean.
Really good food. But they are way under staffed. We decided to dine -in. There was only 2 workersđ dining room had not been swept or tables wiped in a hot minute these TWO employees were slammed with a full door dash order board and the Drive thru was packed . We were patient and waited to be waited on for at least 10 minutes. Then we ordered and waitedâŠâŠ. 20 min. I am expressing to managers. 2 cooks and 1 drive-thru person and one dining person , to jump in and help out when dining is not busy. The staff very nice and apologetic. Itâs not there fault.

First time I've been to this location and I was hesitant from previous reviews but boy are they wrong. I was greeted as soon as we walked in the place was clean and s.elled really good. And the bonus to it all that we did not have to wait long for our order it came out at a decent time, and we got there at a busy hour.

This arby's is now under new management. Is so much better to go into the employees or nice? I even met the new manager and he is amazing. So if you live here in Smithfield or around, you should go back in and try it. I was there when it was bad and it was bad Then..now it is clean, friendly. The food is fast and good.

UpdateâŠ. Email from upper management didnât care and said sales are climbing at this location so that is all that matters! Shocked by the response I got back! Donât waste your time letting them know how bad it is. They donât care!
Horrible service!!!! I left after 45 minutes of waiting with no food just a refund!! I had ordered a online order and they were out of some of the items ordered. Then they wanted me to wait longer for my fries. The guy proceeded to tell us we have never been this busy!!! Um this is fast foodđ€!
Waited 5 minutes. No one even acknowledged me. Short staffed for a reason. Wake up humans. Customers are paying your bills ..

Iâve given the Smithfield Arbyâs a chance to figure it out before leaving this review, but after the fifth time in a row of my order being grossly inaccurate, I had to leave a review. More often than not, my order is either missing half the items or completely wrong. Most of the time, I can just run into the restaurant and ask the staff to fix it. To their credit- they do fix my order without too much hassle. But a lot of the time, I donât have the time to go inside and wait for them to remake my order- it ought to be right the first time. If youâre going to charge me for food, it might as well be in my bag. The only reason Iâm giving it two stars instead of one is because the staff is generally patient when I ask them to fix my order and even when I get the wrong order- the food is still good. Figure it out Smithfield Arbyâs.

To bad such a nice brand new location with really slow workers. Even talking to the skinny guy in the front is really slow. Is like walking to the DMV of the movie zootopia , reallllyy sloooooowwwwwww!!

I eat at Arbys every couple of months. This location is very clean and the service I got was great. They were quick, friendly, and had my food to me in a timely manner. Donât normally leave positive reviews for fast food places, but I decided to because of the good service.

I've been going too eat here 3 to 4 times a week, it's always slow. Today I was asked to pull forward after paying for my order. 28 min later no food I asked for my money back. 15 min later no food no money and was told to leave. I'm happy to go anywhere else to eat, total clowns.
