I’ve given this place to many chances, today was my last day. Two different pops were flat and no flavor, the sauces were all out except two, I’m starting to wonder if they even clean the spouts and my chicken sandwhich tasted like it wasn’t even cooked all the way through. The health department needs to scope this place out, someone’s gonna get really sick here, the young kids and the people in charge you can tell they hate their job and probably don’t take anything serious here. Gross, what a waste of $12

My mom & I love going to Arby's- this is her favorite place to eat. Although, a few times now, after getting our order- my mom is noticing that her fries are Not Fresh/just cooked. If they have been sitting after a time, they taste old & don't really taste good anymore. She gets a bit unhappy. She loves her Crinkle Fries, but today, her fries tasted old. My mom is in her late 70s & forgets to remind any Arby's that she prefers her Crinkle Fries FRESH! I just wanted to share what are thoughts were. This is the only thing. 👎

Waited almost 5 minutes in the drive thru and not a single soul took my order. Drove around back to find one employee sitting in his truck and the other dancing in the back. Seemed like there is no supervision or they just don’t give a damn.

We ordered through the app last night. My husband got there at about 7:45 to file the lobby closed. Not enough staff. I'm pretty sure I've seen this before, and we almost never go there. We ordered, among a few other things, a French dip and crinkle and curly fries. They forgot the Au Jus, and my husband had to go back. Fortunately, it's only 5 or so minutes away. Still, he had to call them because the drive thru line was long. They did run it out quickly. The fries were all COLD. Like, really cold. Like they were cold when he got them, not just child from the short drive home. Fortunately, we shove everything in the oven on low while we get ready to eat anyway, but still. When we finally had all the parts of our meal and sat to eat, the crinkle fries were disgusting. They were dark and had a gross texture, and very hard, like they'd been refried at least twice. I had left them in the box in the *warm* oven, so they were protected and I know my oven didn't do that. Especially since the curly fries were not that way at all. I got a free sandwich by ordering on the app, and only I got a meal including a drink, out of 4 of us. The kids shared 3 tenders and a large box of fries. My husband and I had sandwiches and he got small fries. We only paid about $25. It was still overpriced. The kids barely ate anything. I didn't eat my gross fries. It was just so bad. I used to love Arbys. My opinion has changed. My cup had a QR code that asked me to tell them what I thought. I said "you asked for it" and did the survey. Possibly the worst scores I've ever given on one of those.

The last two times I came here I asked for arbys sauce and had none this time I got the sauce but the wrong order I ordered a classic meal and got two beef and cheddar that taste like throw up the cheese is absolutely disgusting..we don't have alot of choices of food out here so the fact the last three times I've came on my lunch I have had to starve isn't a good thing...

Employees in uniform outside chatting with boyfriends/ significant others/ parent DURING lunch rush. Duh; we can see you from the drive thru. We know you work there. Cars wrapped around the drive thru and you are on break? This is Fast Food 101: absolutely no breaks between 11:30 and 2pm. Ever. Food is okay, once you get it.

Absolutely terrible service. Manager ignored us and instead chatted with his workers. When the food finally came it looked like they had pulled my beef and cheddar out of the garbage can. It had almost no cheese on it, and was instead drenched in horsey sauce to the point that the bun was soggy.

This is very possibly the worst Arby's in America. The food was old and the entire staff needs to be drug tested. No one could comprehend what they were doing. I'd like to say because it was busy, but there was like 2 other customers. Shut this location down or get new employees

Considering I paid almost 10 dollars for a medium meal and got a small strawberry lemonade. That’s BS.
And for them to just say ya that’s our medium. Um no it’s not. That’s not cool at all.
And not to mention every time I go to this Arby’s the employees look dirty and don’t prioritize ya no, Never eating here again

Came by at 1:30pm 8/8/24, and the lady at the drive thru was awesome! Offered a toy and extra spoon for my upset kiddo in the back and really was a bright spot in our day!

Employee had a very bad attitude! Most of our interaction was with her being on her phone and rolling her eyes. Also, she did not talk to us a single time! ?? we only found out our total from the receipt after she gave it to us.

Every time we try and order at this location, we can’t, because the employees stand around and don’t come and take order. The last time we waited for such a long time and then asked if we could order- they said no because they were helping the drive through. So we just walked out.

Arbys made my day, friendly and professionally service by Cavis, who corrected a previous experience and rectafied it, only to maintain my thoughts of high standards customer service, Way to go Cavis and the crew. MY FAVORITE ARBYS.
