I ordered 2 sliders and 1 apple turnover got hope and the turnover was cherry not apple..
Dont answer phone. And there sliding door he seem to be playing with door before giving my food.
The sliders tasted good.
I usually have good experience so idk if new person or what.

I ordered at the drive thru at 9:33pm got my order at 9:41, Kaitlyn told me she had make fresh fry’s so she told me to pull a head didn’t tell me how long it was going to be. I’m not one to complain about things but there wasn’t any one a head of me or behind me. I’ve worked fast food fry’s only take 3 and half minutes to 4 mins to cook I also know cooks wear headsets to hear orders there’s no reason why it took almost ten minutes to get my food. I went inside to make sure they didn’t forget me and I got a look like what the hell. Needs fixed for sure

I’d recommend driving 15 minutes to the Logan Arby’s. This location (Smithfield) is always understaffed and poorly managed, with long wait times, inattentive service, and ongoing inventory issues. The overall experience was disappointing.

Was excited to try the new turkey stuffing sandwich tonight. Enough I bought 3 meals of it for myself and my family. One of them got the wrong sandwich and the other 2 were missing the onions stuffing etc. the sandwich looks nothing like it was advertised and really looks like barf on bread. Ordered online for pick up and still took about a half hour to get. Disappointed as always at this specific Arbys staff and food wise.

The kitchen was visible and clean.
Really good food. But they are way under staffed. We decided to dine -in. There was only 2 workers😔 dining room had not been swept or tables wiped in a hot minute these TWO employees were slammed with a full door dash order board and the Drive thru was packed . We were patient and waited to be waited on for at least 10 minutes. Then we ordered and waited……. 20 min. I am expressing to managers. 2 cooks and 1 drive-thru person and one dining person , to jump in and help out when dining is not busy. The staff very nice and apologetic. It’s not there fault.

First time I've been to this location and I was hesitant from previous reviews but boy are they wrong. I was greeted as soon as we walked in the place was clean and s.elled really good. And the bonus to it all that we did not have to wait long for our order it came out at a decent time, and we got there at a busy hour.

The people who work there are very friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. I am impressed with the cleanliness as well.
