Arctic circle is a a leson is a lesson on how to run a crappy business. The manager is obviously incompetent. But I think the incompecy goes higher than that. The staff looked lazy and underworked. The bathrooms are beyond description other than they are super nasty filth everywhere. I think I saw poop in the sink. I would tell you to get it to go, but I don't think that's gonna help your situation. The store is Filthy!!

My group of 6 and another group of 4 people we don't know show up to have some ice cream to find the doors locked and the crew inside mopping. Maybe shouldn't close 30 minutes before your posted hours.

When you charge $8.50 for one shake you are out pricing your competitors by about $5.00. That is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. There is no excuse for that amount to be charged. You are a fast food restaurant not a five star restaurant. Get real with your customers and stop overpricing because you can. We will never go to your establishment again.

I brought my 3 young grandkiddos for a kid's meal. The person who took their order was very patient and kind as each child placed their own order. The food and shakes were delicious and freshly made. We loved our experience at Artic Circle in Smithfield and will return!
I have gone here a couple of times and every time my order has been messed up or items have been forgotten, for example today I ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger and a large fry, I was given medium fries and then my burger was forgotten and then I asked for it and specified it was plain again and I was given the opposite. It’s ridiculous.

They came to register with honest smiles & willing to take our orders. They were friendly. The atmosphere: it was quiet & just a few customers. Food tasted really good ?. If someone came to them because of a missing from their order, they'd appauligize & gladly w/ a smile correct it. My family was really happy with their dinner!. We had our meal to go.
