A&W like I remember it except for the prices! Food seems to be horrendously expensive. Only had an A&W root beer which was absolutely fantastic.

The greatest place ever. The Papa Burger is literally made from heaven. Can not complain one bit about this place. I come here all the time with friends and family, and will continue to support this wonderfully maintained A&W. The fry sauce is on point too. I could drink it from the bottle.

Logan a&w was a valley favorite but this smithfield a&w doesn't taste anything like a&w. The fries and burgers tasted absolutely awful. The staff was very friendly though.

Can be a little slow in the drive thru, but overall it's worth it. Their cheese curds and fries are always so good. The fry sauce is a must have for me, it's their own special recipe and has a dill flavor to me. So good!

I ordered a cheeseburger combo today which the drive thru menu said $6.99. I changed the drink to a float which I know would add a higher price. When the worker charged me over $11 I asked her why it was so much? She said that's just the way it works when you add the float. She said $8.99 plus $1.50. So I'm guessing they need to update their drive thru menu prices. And then my float was overflowing like a volcano so I refused to take it into my car until it stopped, by then I had very little rootbeer left. The worker was very pregnant and maybe tired of being on her feet, so I didn't want to be rude. I know how it is when things need to be hurried along at a fast food joint, but slow down and put a little care into the service.

Disgusting, slow, and over priced. 45$ for chicken strips and 2 freezes. The chicken tasted like it was deep fried in piss. The only redeeming quality was that it was fresh. The fries, however were easily hours old. The "freeze" was room temp root beer with a splash of soft serve liquid, disgusting. I wanted to love this place and now I want to see it shut down.

Stopped in for lunch with my wife and granddaughter. It was not yet busy so we hurried and ordered. The customer service was great. Our food came quickly and was hot! Thank you! The food was great! Before leaving we decided we needed ice cream. It took over twenty minutes to make two shakes and one ice cream cone. Our food came faster than that. That's the reason for the four star.

Definitely not "FAST FOOD".We waited in line for about 45 minutes for our food yesterday (and only one car in front of us). When we finally got to the window I was asked to move up and wait yet again. When someone finally got to my car, I was told that the root beer machine was broken (must have broken in the 45 min we were waiting because no one mentioned it earlier) and they hadn't charged me for a 2nd kids meal, even though they repeated it to me at the speaker.So frustrating. I left with 2 chicken meals, one kid's corn dog and no drinks. When asked if I wanted to order a second kids meal, I declined. I had already waited long enough. AND THE CORN DOG WAS STILL FROZEN IN THE MIDDLE. Good thing I split it between my kids and was able to microwave it, otherwise I wouldn't have noticed until they ate it.Will not be returning here.
Probably the WORST service I have ever experienced .. we waited in line for almost 30 mins for the line to even move.. when talking to the “manager” on shift she was very rude and unprofessional… than when we finally get to the window and they don’t give us our drinks and than fail to mention when we placed our order that the root beer machine was broken and we didn’t know till we got to the window.. I understand being short staffed but there was no reason for these girls to act the way the did.. and even people in front of us order shakes and they waited even longer than we did for their order.. won’t be going back there again.. here is the best part.. after waiting all that time out fry’s where cold and gross.. not even worth the money we spent…
